Marcus POV still
I picked (Y/n) up and carried her to the car. I didn't want her to have to go through any more trauma today. Rage still flowed madly in my veins. But I had to control myself. I don't want her to have to see me like this. I put her in the car and got in. I noticed Dani and (FC/n) walking behind us so I waited for them to get in. I pulled out and ;) and took off down the road. I occasionally glanced over at (Y/n) I was mostly worried for her. She went through actual hell. That girl put her through it. Now she has to wake up everyday and see those scars and relive that day. If I ever, and I mean ever, encounter her again. She won't leave while her heart is still beating.
I glanced over at (Y/n) and saw her looking down at her lap. I don't think she noticed but it looked like she could cry at any moment. I took one hand off the wheel and gripped her hand reassuringly. She looked up at me and my eyes met hers, I saw the worry in her eyes and gave her a small smile. She gripped my hand tightly, tighter than she ever has before. That didn't help calm my worry at all. I let my eyes wander back over to the road and continued to drive.
When we arrived at the house, I picked (Y/n) up again and carried her inside. I made sure everyone that stayed home was aware on the situation. I set her down and Katie immediately ran up to her and hugged her. The look in (Y/n)'s eyes held emptiness while Katie's held worry and fear.
Katie noticed (FC/n) and suddenly all the attention was on her. I saw (Y/n) slowly wander away, a sad look on her face. I struggled to fight the urge to go after her and hold her in my arms until she felt safe, but I know she needs to be alone. I continue talking with the group, getting bombarded with questions once the topic changes to how I feel about the wedding. Eventually I get tired of the questions and excuse myself. Them still not noticing (Y/n)'s disappearance.
I lightly knocked but received no answer. I let myself in and looked around the room. At first I didn't see her. I walked around the room a little and eventually found myself standing in front of a small beautiful sleeping burrito. I felt a blush make its way onto my face.
'Damn, after all these years the sight of her still makes me blush.' I thought as I looked away.
I picked up my adorable burrito, careful not to jostle her fragile state. I carried her over to her bed and laid her down gently, I laid next to her and wrapped my arms around her waist. I kissed her forehead gently before falling asleep while cuddling her.
Your POV
While I was sleeping I felt a jostling movement around me, I told my mind to panic (a/n: at the disco) but my body wouldn't comply. I felt myself being laid on a soft surface and felt said surface dip beside me as I could only assume was another person laid down. I began to get worried until I felt an arm wrap around my waist and pull me to there chest. From the short distance I could smell the cologne coming from who I now recognized as Marcus. Feeling safe into his arms I let myself fall back into my dreaming state.
I slowly came back to reality, only to be greeted with a snoring noise in my ear. I jumped the first time, but quickly became familiar with the sound of Marcus snoring. I seriously need to invest in earplugs or something. I distracted myself from the events that had happened earlier and tried to lean forward. Though my attempt at freedom was in vain. I looked down only to find Marcus's arm still tightly wrapped around me as if I was a stuffed toy. I stifled a laugh. I flooped his hair with my hand carefully, making sure to mess it up even more. I slowly removed his arm from my waist and replaced my body with the giant panda plush Marcus got me when Katie went back to America.
Seeing my plan had worked, though feeling slightly scared it would be that easy to kidnap me, I carefully snuck away, leaving the messy-haired snoring man I loved so dearly behind.
I carefully made my way into the kitchen, being sure to avoid any person that might be lurking. I quickly snuck into the kitchen "sneakily". I went to the cabinet and quickly grabbed some chips. Yes, I decide to grab chips, of all things while trying to be sneaky. I tried to carry them quietly but every step I took was now followed by a crinkling sound of the chip bag.
Everytime the bag made a noise I winced. I just knew it was going to attract the attention of someone and I'd be bombarded by questions that'll bring feelings, and I'd rather not...
I was too focused on walking quietly to notice someone's backpack on the floor. I mean, why the hell would you leave a backpack in the middle of a kitchen?!
It was too late to think about it because I was already in the process of tripping on said backpack. I had no time to think as I went tumbling down to the floor. I closed my eyes tightly as I pushed my arms out in front of me in failed attempt to catch myself. Right before I hit the ground, I felt a hand grab mine and an arm wrap around my waist....
