*Shailene’s POV*

The next two weeks pass by in a breeze. We do so much filming, and when we come back late at night we do something relaxing like watch a movie but end up talking through the whole thing, or make gross food together. Mostly we talk. I’ve learned so much about him in two weeks, that it is insane. I have always been intrigued by him, but it was never in my position to ask all the weird questions, and now I can.

On our way to an interview I can’t stop thinking about how many random things I know about him. He hates mayonnaise, and any kind of pasta salad. He can’t buy clothes for his life, which is something we have in common. He texts with one finger, and it takes him over a minute to send one text. He always forgets to put the cap back on his tooth paste.

I greet the interviewer with a hug and sit down in a chair that is positioned next to Theo’s. “Shailene, Theo, thank you for coming.”

“Thanks for havin us!” I say.

“Yeah, thanks.”

“Okay, so I wanted to start out with a question about the movie so far. Do you guys feel like the mood in this movie is going to be a lot different than Divergent, from what you’ve done so far?”

I looked at Theo and he nods for me to answer. “Um, yeah, I think there really is no way for all of the movies to have the same mood, because such different things happen. I mean, the characters are still themselves, but they are facing different challenges in their life so, um, they set the mood just by living their lives. If you just look at your own life, there’s always a different chapter, so that’s what this is like.”

“So what has it been like filming with a new director?”

“It’s just as cool as the first time,” Theo jays, scratching his jaw and looking at me. “Rob and Neil both can do no wrong, so I’m happy this project is in their hands, and it’s great that Neil has also been along for most of the ride during Insurgent too.”

“Yeah,” I agreed, nodding my head. “They are both such a blast to be around.”

“What do you guys do when you aren’t filming?”

I smiled a little and turned to face Theo. “I don’t know, Theo what do you do when you aren’t filming.”

He wiggled his eyebrows once and then laughed. “No, um…” He’s probably trying to think of something that doesn’t involve me. “Our apartment has a nice pool, so I go swimming sometimes. Or we all just get together and have some drinks. The whole crew has been to a couple dinners together, and we’ve been to a few bars as well.”

I nod. “Yeah, that’s basically what we’ve done so far.”

“Has there been any drunken karaoke nights?” The interview asked, laughing.

“Miles Teller is definitely a karaoke lover,” Theo said, laughing a little.

“We’ve discovered lots of hidden talent through karaoke actually,” I said, smiling. “Ansel, Theo, and I all sung a song together, and that was pretty funny. None of us were drunk, so it actually sounded pretty good.”

“You guys should start a band,” The lady said, clasping her hands together and grinning.

“I feel like someone had to have recorded us,” I reply, giggling. “It’s probably on youtube.”

“Our new single will be on iTunes in a week!” Theo said, looking at the camera and holding his thumbs up, making me laugh harder.

“So Shailene, we all know that you have very natural and organic eating habits. Do you ever try to convince people to eat like you? Or do you think you’ve influenced anybody?”
