*Theo’s POV*

“Are you sure I look okay?” Shailene asks me, patting down her hair again.

I nod to reassure her. We both quickly got dressed once we were finished, trying to erase all the evidence that we were even here before we go back to film our last scene. I decide not to tell her that her lips look a little swollen… But other than that, she looks to be in perfect Tris condition.

I can’t wipe my stupid grin off of my face. We just had freaking sex in a tiny changing room, at work, in the dark, against a door. She is so beautiful and sexy, and I keep asking myself over and over again what I ever did to be deserving of her positive and compassionate heart.

I want to always make her happy, and to be the reason for her laugh and smile. I want to be the only one to ever give her pleasure like that for the rest of her life. Call me selfish, I do not care. Since the very beginning I have been so protective of her, and her presence has always been such a magnetic pull; I couldn’t stop looking at her even if I tried.

I find myself watching her as she is watching something else, or I find myself reaching out just to have my hands at least on her shoulder or around her waist. The satisfaction of hearing my name come from her mouth as she stares at me dead straight in the eyes, while I make love to her is fuel enough for me to never stop trying… To never stop being here when she needs me.

“Should we leave separately? What if someone’s in the hallway?”

I put my hand on the small of her back, opening the door. “I doubt if people see us walking together, their first thought will be ‘did they just have sex in a changing room?’

She rolled her eyes and followed me down to the set. “Stop smiling so big.” She whispered. “Guys only smile like that after they get it.”

I laughed, shaking my head, but tried to look normal. How do I normally look? Do I usually not smile or something? I put a blank expression on my face and follow Shai up to Rob.

“Aloha! Are we ready to film?”

He looks up from his papers. “Yeah, the cameras are all set up.”

We listen to the screenwriters as they tell us where to stand and where to walk, and then we wait for someone to yell, “ACTION.”

We are filming a scene after Tris and Four escape the Erudite compound. They are in the Abnegation section, in Four’s old home. They are alone in his room, both mentally exhausted.

Shailene blinks her eyes a few times, staring at me. “I don’t…” She sounds like she is being strangled. “My family is all dead, or traitors; how can I…”

A sob escapes her and I step forward, gathering her into his arms, my hold tight. “I’ll be your family now,” I say.

“I love you,” She says back.

I pull back to look at her, my face serious. There are a few tears on her cheeks, and her eyes look into mine worriedly as she (Tris) waits for my response, her hands clutching my arms for stability.

“Say it again,”

“Tobias, I love you.”

I encircle her in my arms, pressing my face to her neck to kiss right above her collarbone, her cheeks, her lips.

“I love you too.”

“CUT!”

She pulls away from me and I have to work to tear my eyes from hers. I turn to see Rob and Neil walking up to us, a smile on their faces.
