Author's P.O.V. Continues.....

'You seem to be very upset with Jason's behaviour. Did he misbehave with you?' Rahul enquried holding Meera's arms, still kneeling on the floor.

'What can you do, if I say he did?' Meera whimpered.

'I know what to do and how to handle these kinds of bastards. For now you take rest, I will order some food, please eat and then sleep' Rahul said standing up on his feet when his cell phone started ringing 'It's from dad, I'll go talk to him. Meanwhile you take rest and don't sleep' he said walking away holding the ringing phone.

'How did the meeting go Rahul?' his father asked him when Rahul said, 'Hello'

'Dad can we discuss about this later. I am not in a right mind frame to talk about business matters' said Rahul in a very dull tone.

'What's the matter son? All okay in there?' his father enquired in a worried tone.

'Nothing serious dad. I am tired with the day's meeting, need to eat. I am pretty much hungry and so is Meera. So call you as soon as I land there' said Rahul and hung up not giving chance to his father to find out.

it'd better I leave him free for sometime...  thought his dad placing his cell phone back in his trouser pocket.

'What's the matter bhai? What did Rahul say about the meeting?' Vinay was eagerly waiting to know the details.

'He said that he would give us all the details later. I can clearly tell Rahul's upset with someone or something but he won't say' Vikram expressed his concern towards his son.

Rahul hit the shower after ordering the food and was out when the food was delivered. 'Meera come to my room. We'll eat there' said Rahul

I don't want to eat anything...  thought Meera in a very upset mood. She knew her boss very well and so she did what he told her. Silently they both ate the food and went to bed in their respective rooms. It's better I leave her alone for sometime. She'll fine by morning...  thought Rahul lying on his bed.

Meera being very tired dozzed off as she lied on the bed.

The next morning, Meera too woke up early and taking bath she wore a white dress and just stepped out of her room with a smile.



Wow Meera you look just like an angle. Rahul felt upon seeing her so fresh and happy, wearing  the white dress 'looking very beautiful Meera. I love to see you smile all the time' he said.

It was then she noticed Rahul was already outside the room wearing his usual suit and his facial expression too was the same.



'Thank you sir' she replied with a smile he's looking so handsome in this suit.  She could not stop herself from getting attracted to the handsome hunk standing in front of her. No matter how much she tried to convince herself, she could not. He was pulling her like a magnet.

Both of them had a nice sleep and woke up fresh. May be I am being too rude with him. After all he's the reason I am surviving. He did not let me quit the job, he helped me when Raj was misbehaving with me...what more can I expect from him...  Meera reviewed her past experiences with Rahul while she still lay on her bed that morning.

'Shall we go? Orlando must be on his way to pick us up' said Rahul

'Yes sir' she replied again with a smile.
