Author's P.O.V continues....

Mahipal was restless for many days following the unfinished discussion with Raahil. I need to somehow convince him...  he kept thinking one night while Vipin was talking about his life back in India.

"No Vipin, not now. I am thinking of something else" said Mahipal not showing any interest in Vipin's words.

"Okay brother. No problem, can I help you with whatever is bothering you?" Vipin asked with a very caring attitude.

"I don't know Vipin, daily I am waking up with the fear that Raahil will reveal our plan to escape, and that I would be killed" Mahipal expressed his worry.

"Why don't we go to Raahil's hut and sort out the difference" Vipin suggested.

"May be you are right" said Mahipal "Shall we go now?"

"What? Now? Don't you think it's a bit too late?" Vipin doubted.

"No...I don't think it's late when it comes to our life's survival" Mahipal was determined to get back to talking terms with Raahil and succeed with his plan of escaping the country.

Agreeing with Mahipal, Vipin followed him that night to Raahil's hut. "Raahil...Raahil" Mahipal called out his name standing at the door of the thatched hut.

Rubbing her eyes, a lady opened the door. Mahipal was mesmerized looking at that beautiful lady who instantly shut her face with the veil of her burka.
Mahipal was speechless and kept staring at the young lady hidden inside the black burka.

"Who is it?" Raahil said from behind the lady "Oh Mahipal, what brings you here at this hour?"

"Shall we go someplace more private to discuss it" Vipin took over when he noticed Mahipal was not saying anything. Raahil turned back to the lady and gestured her to go back inside. "Shall we go?" Asked Raahil.

"Yes" said Vipin and "brother...are you coming?" He continued and shook Mahipal's shoulder.

"Yes...yes" Mahipal regained his awareness and noticed Raahil too was staring at him along with Vipin "okay now come on we shall go to a place with more privacy!" said Mahipal. Agreeing with Mahipal too, all three of them walked towards the interior of those fields nearby the river.

"Yes I think this is far enough" said Raahil.

"That's right" Agreed Vipin and Mahipal too.

"What is it that you both wanted to discuss with me about?" enquired Raahil.

It was then Mahipal spoke "I want you to join with us in escaping this country"

"I have already told you, I am totally against killing" Raahil was firm.

"I know but this time we are planning it a bit differently" Mahipal tried to convice him.

"Okay, tell me what your plan is?" Said Raahil.

"I heard those British officials discussing something about a ship that would be leaving the South African port in about two weeks from now. If we can get there then we can easily escape from this bondage" said Mahipal.

"Okay so what do you want me to do?" Raahil asked him curiously.
It was then Mahipal revealed his plan to both of them. Hearing his plan they were instantly convinced. All they had to do was build a small raft and keep it hidden from those British Officals.
It was from next day onwards all three of them began collecting the required items for construction of a raft and kept hiding those in a pit inside the nearby forest that harboured many bushes and tall trees.
