I kept on walking till I  heard the sound of a women I quickly turned around at the sound of twigs breaking to find myself  being hit by something. I fell on the floor not knowing what happened my vision quickly blurred and within seconds darkness consumed me.

I woke up to the feeling of a stick being poked at my face I scowled at the feeling of it. I slowly opened my eyes but then closed them again my eyes just couldn't adjust to the light it was too bright god knows how long I had been out , after a while I pulled up the courage to open my eyes once more and this time I kept them open.

"Oh your awake!" A voice told me,

"hm?...where am I?" I replied in confusion as I looked around the unfamiliar surroundings this was definitely not the woods, was I kidnapped? Did my alpha send people to kidnap me?!

"You are in my cabin you are lucky that I saved you from my packs wolves" She said while giving me a glass of water, I would say thanks to this lady but she kind of whacked me across the head with something probably the cane that she carries around.

I took the water with shaky hands I felt a small bit of excitement bloom inside of me as I finally saw the sight of water once more it felt like forever since the last time I even tasted the coolness of water.

I made sure to sniff it before having it to make sure it wasn't poisoned although I'm not quite sure what she would get from poisoning me since I don't have much to offer but it's still better to be safe than sorry.

"I haven't poisoned it so no need to sniff it whats the point in saving you If I'm just going to kill you"  She said with a slight joking tone, she made a good point but I can't trust strangers like this.

"Oh I'm sorry! I'm very thankful for what you did"  I quickly replied making sure not to have offended her I don't know what she would do to me if I got her angry,

"You don't have to thank me I was just doing my part as a human being even though we aren't really human" She chuckled,

"May I know what happened I seem to not remember anything" I asked for some reason there were some blank spaces in my memory probably happened because she whacked me across the head, still can't believe this old lady did that.

"Of course you don't remember you where hit by one of the pack guards but I stopped them in time" She answered, I quickly put to shame because of my previous thoughts I really believed this poor old lady could hit me I need to stop letting my imagination go wild.

I quickly got up and did a little bow showing her my gratitude something werewolves do usually to thank or show respect, it's one of the things I had learned well in my old pack although there wasn't many people I could thank there.

"Thank you so much Mrs..?"

"Oh you can call me Sarah and you are my darling" She asked with a soft smile,
