30- Forever

The weekend ended so quickly, I guess it's true what they say, time flies when you are having fun.
The weekend was full of laugher and fun. We made memories, I was honoured to be apart of their family tradition this year it really made me feel apart of their family, as if I was accepted.

But all good things have to come to an end, and that being said my alarm went off and it was time to get up for school.

Monday's, I hate Monday's.

I heard a quiet knock on my bedroom door and it slowly opened.

"Morning love, I brought you breakfast in bed because I knew you would be too tired to make it yourself" my mum said having a good point because I didn't get home until almost midnight last night.

"Thanks mum, I love you" I said kissing her cheek and digging into my pancakes. She left the room leaving me to eat and get ready for school in peace.

It didn't take long to demolish the pancakes and get ready for school, I didn't put much effort in today.

As always Shawn dropped me off at school, even though we have been dating for a while now I still get some jealous looks and death glares for going out with 'the most popular guy in the school'.

The first 3 lessons dragged on for what felt like days until lunch finally Rolled around.

Yasmin, Becca and I took are usual seats outside in the sun, with Yasmin to my left and Becca sat opposite us.

We had our general conversation before something random happened, Shawn sat next to Becca.

Shawn and I do speak in school we always have but we don't sit together at lunch, he has his friends and I have mine. His friends are lovely and Shawn talks to my friends too but it's just weird that Shawn is sat here.

"Hey guys" he said to Yasmin and Becca

"Hi, Shawn" they both said at the same time.

"Babe, uhh is everything okay?" I said to him looking confused.

"Yes of course why wouldn't it be?" He said making me even more suspicious.

"No offence but why aren't you sat with your friends?" I say as Yasmin and Becca turn to look at him to get his answer.

"Well, I came to tell you something, remember when I was speaking to my dad and you thought I was being really shady?"

"Yeah?" I say hoping he isn't going to say something cheesy in front of my friends

"I'm going to tell you what it is tonight, I'm taking you out I'll pick you up at 7" he said getting up.

Before he was out of arms reach I grab his jacket so he spun around to look at me again.

"Out where? Is it dressy or casual?" I say stressed

"Sunshine, wear what you want to wear you look great in anything" he said leaning down and pecking my lips before actually walking away this time back to his friends.

"You have to admit, he is a romantic" Yasmin said raising her eyebrows at me and biting into an apple.

"He is clearly so in love with you" Becca said

"I know, but I wish he would give me some idea of what to wear he drives me insane when he does this." I huff

The end of the day reaches us faster than the first half of the day went. I thanked Shawn for the lift home and ran in to my bedroom to think of something that I could wear.

"Hey what time is Shawn coming to pick you up?" My mum said poking her head into my room.

"7.. wait.. how do you know?" I said coming out of my closet to meet her.
