Falling deep [S.M]

26- The most perfect weekend part 1

After rushing home from school and packing way to many things, but successfully bringing them out to the car, we were finally on our way.

I was told the drive was approximately 3 hours away from where we currently are, I'm excited to see a different part of Canada, something that isn't a big city. But don't get me wrong I love Toronto, it's definitely my favourite place in the world.

I was advised by Karen to sit in the middle between Shawn and Aaliyah to stop them arguing, so that's what I did. Aaliyah to my left and Shawn on my right, Manny was driving and Karen had already fallen asleep in the passengers seat.

Shawn had his head against the window playing a game on his phone, and with his free hand he interlocked it with my hand. Aaliyah and I were having intense staring competitions and 'try not to laugh' games, which obviously as you would guess ended in a lot of laughs.

After a long nap we had finally arrived.

"Sunshine, we are here" Shawn gently spoke, as he couldn't move because our fingers were still interlocked and my head was leaning on his shoulder.

I stepped out of the car to a magical view of a large cabin house sounded by high trees and a large lake to the left, there were balconies and I could even see there was access to the roof.

We all helped bring the bags into the cabin, Shawn and Aaliyah went straight to there rooms as they had obviously been here every year and knew where everything was. I followed Shawn through to one of the bedrooms with all of my bags.

When you walk through the front of the cabin the first thing you see is a massive living area with a tv and many sofas, the open plan kitchen was to the back with a large breakfast bar. Through the back there was a massive corridor with doors on either side, Aaliyah walked through one with I assume was her room, Shawn and I's room was opposite, a family bathroom and Karen and manny obviously had the biggest room and the back. There was also a spiral staircase which I'm guessing goes to the roof.

Our bedroom was big, it had a double bed in with an en suite and an amazing view of the lake out of the window.

I walked over admiring the beautiful sight of the water softly moving in the lake. I felt a pair of hands wrap around my body giving me warmth.

"It's beautiful, Shawn" I say not taking my eyes of the lake.

"I know, this is definitely one of my favourite places its so peaceful and no one is around, I love it" he says making me smile, placing his chin on my head.

We both hear footsteps enter the room and turn around to see who it was, Shawn still with is arm around me.

"I trust you both to be sensible, we are allowing you to share this room because, well you've stayed over at our house a few times Alicia, but not for the whole weekend, so I'm telling you that I trust you and don't do anything I wouldn't" Karen said making me giggle.

"Moooomm, I'm 19" Shawn said putting his head in his hand making me giggle even more.

"Don't worry Karen, we both respect you" I say reassuring her as she left the room, closing the door behind her.

"I actually love your mum" I giggle wrapping my arms around him.

"Not as much as you love me" he said softly kissing my lips, I slowly smile into the kiss and pull away causing a pout to grow on Shawns face.

"Well that's debatable" I say slightly laughing squeezing him tighter in the hug.

"Well, my beautiful sunshine I somehow don't believe you" he said smirking slightly and raising my chin slightly to greet his lips once again, he slowly bit my lip making the kiss more passionate, but still remembering what his mum had said, his arms were exploring my body when the kiss was yet again interrupted, this time by a knock on the door.

We jumped apart from each other grabbing something, I grabbed my suitcase as if I'd been unpacking and Shawn ran in the en suite.

"Come In" I spoke a little louder than usual.

Aaliyah walked in and opened. Her mouth to speak then her face grew a confused look,

"Where is Shawn?" She said looking at my face suspiciously

I heard the toilet flush, as though he was trying to pretend he had been in there the minute she entered the room.

"Here" Shawn said opening the door, I tried to hold back my laugher at his attempt to cover up what was about to happen.

"What do you want?" Shawn asked Aaliyah trying not to laugh himself, but still slightly annoyed at what she had interrupted.

"I was just looking for my Toothbrush, it's in your bag" she said grabbing it and turning back for the door, but just as she was about to leave she turned back to speak one more time.

"Oh and Ali, I love you but if I was you I would wash your face before joining everyone in the living area, uhh you too Shawn" she said with a concealed smile and left the room without another sound.

We both walked to the full length mirror and realised that my pink shade of lipstick had gone all over my face and Shawns while we were kissing we both broke Into a laugher trying not to bring anymore attention to ourselves after being here for five minutes.

"Shhh" I tried to say through the giggles as we both went into the bathroom to clean it off.

Maybe lipstick is a no go for this trip.

Hey I'm sorry Exams and more exams😭!! But I think this weekend away will be a little 3 maybe 4 part chapter so I will update these as soon as I can.
