This is Arima Kousei, the piano prodigy, wearing JASDF/JNAF fighter pilot suit. He is assigned in the Dai-Yon Hikotai, Dai-Ichi-Koukudan (4th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 1st Air Wing), JNAF (in real life the 4th has been disbanded by JASDF but as part of the expansion and renaming, it was revived).
He fly an F-15J Eagle Kai ++ air superiority fighter; some built new by Mitsubishi and Boeing, but most of them are upgraded airframes.

This is Igawa Emi, his piano rival and girlfriend, wearing JASDF/JNAF fighter pilot suit. She also assigned in the 4th Squadron, 1st Air Wing JNAF and is Kousei's wingman.
Like Kousei, she fly an F-15J air-superiority fighter.
