Kate's POV

I was startled by the sudden touch on my waist but I relaxed when he spoke

He was literally hugging me, with his face planted my neck

"Hey" he whispered, tightening his grip on my waist

I was crying and I didn't want him to know, he would just be satisfied and he would have won again

What did I do now?" he asked and I cursed under my breath he really didn't know what he had done wrong?

He grabbed my waist tightly while his other hand was on my neck, as I held on tightly to his shoulders digging my fingers deep into his hair

We broke our kiss, each of us gasping for air as if it was our last
