DOCTOR 1: Nicole Alison

Strong hands stopped Alison from further walking.

"Alison."

She closed her eyes but the fury inside her bubbled up. She jerked her hand away from his strong grip.

"What is wrong with you? I just...damn it." She almost screamed as she run her fingers through her ginger curls. "I just wanted to eat peacefully because I am hungry as fuck and you're stopping me? Get a life, Hayden." She walked towards the exit. She shivered as the cold breeze hit her skin.

Hayden chuckled then grabbed her hands. He intertwined their fingers and hold her tightly before pulling her towards her car. To his surprise, she didn't protest.

In her defense, she doesn't have any strength to protest. She wanted to sleep or eat. Whichever comes first. She let him drag her away to God-knows-where.

"Hand me the keys and get in." He opened the passenger door for her.

"There is no way I would let you drive my car!" She exclaimed then turned away.

"Hand me the keys or I'll get it to you." He threatened because he knew that she knew he was capable of doing just that. By hook or by crook.

She heaved a sigh and gave him the keys without giving him a glare. She was tired and hungry. There's no room for an argument.

"We're here. Come on." He parked the car then jog outside to open her door but she beats him to it.

"I am capable of opening a car door, thank you very much." She smirked.

Hayden blinked.

So now, she's smirking? But last year, she was all lovey-dovey to him. Her smiles and laughter filled his brain day and night he never thought she was capable of treating him like this. What happened?

'You took her for granted! You've caused her pain. That happened!' A voice said at the back of his mind.

He shook his head and looked at her.

"What are we doing here? Please don't tell me you're gonna break in." She said, horrified, as she looked at the dark place in front of her. It's quite near to the hospital but it's her first time here. She likes to eat at the hospital's cafeteria much to everyone's dismay.

Hayden fished out the keys from his pocket and opened the door to his restaurant.

"There's no need to break in because I've got my keys. We're eating here, of course." He said as he pressed the light switches.

Alison roamed her eyes inside the restaurant. She finally recognized that this is Hayden's restaurant, H. Explains why he brought Adam to the hospital she's working in because it's the nearest hospital when he got injured.

She noticed that this place has a different ambiance than the one in Quebec. This place has a cozy feeling, more like you're in someone's house's dining area, a homey-ish kind of ambiance, unlike the other one with a retro vibe.

He led her to his office door.

"Take a rest here while I fix you some food in the kitchen." He pointed at the door at the end of the small hallway.

She nodded and opened the door in front of her while Hayden went to the kitchen.

Alison relaxed a bit as she roamed her eyes inside his office. It was small but the chosen colors screamed dominance.

She didn't even last a minute inside. She felt like she was invading his privacy so she got out of the room and followed him to the kitchen.

"I didn't know you had a restaurant here in Ontario. I thought you only had one in Quebec."
