Yo's POV

I followed P'Forth as he dragged me through the trail. We didn't stop walking for twenty minutes and I'm feeling tired. I'm actually exhausted by him dragging me around, his grip tight on my hand and my little legs were tired catching up to his long strides. I was about to complain for the pain but he slowed down and I was walking closer to him then.

A few meters ahead, I could hear the loud rushing of water and I could smell the pure fresh air and earthy scents. The trail ended and my eyes feasted on the view that was just up ahead. P'Forth has let go of my hand and I walked on ahead.

We are in the forest, and right in front of me was a beautiful cascading falls. The lush blue-green waters were clear and mesmerizing. The place itself was peaceful and it's serene atmosphere makes me want to stay and spend the day there.

"This place is so amazing." I breathed out.

"D'you like it here?" P'Forth asked, directly in my ear and I shivered at the closeness.

I couldn't let out an answer so I just nodded. It seems enough, seeing as he never asked me again. I wish I could take a photo of the view. Sadly though, my phone is not in my possession. I'm sure P'Forth hid it somewhere and it's probably dead by now.

Damn! I need to call P'Beam and Kit. They would be so worried. I turned to P'Forth who was just watching me. So I guess this is it? The moment we need to face.

"Are we going to talk now?" he asked me first.

"Can I call P'Beam and Kit first? I'm afraid they would be so worried about me. Especially P'Beam." I told him quietly.

"You could call them later. Though I'm sure Pha must've informed them where you are by now."

"You don't know that. For all I know, P'Pha would try to keep P'Beam away from your trail and I'm sure he wants P'Ming off his too. P'Beam might be freaking worried by now."

"Don't worry about them. I'm sure they could handle themselves for a while. We would be going back this afternoon."

I didn't say anything anymore. I'm sure he's just going to shoot my attempts down.

"Can we talk about us now?" he asked.

I didn't say anything but I moved to the edge of the river and removed my shoes. I sat on one of the big rocks close to the edge and I let my feet soak on the cool waters. I could hear P'Forth moving behind me and a minute later, he's joined me on my side.

I released a sigh as I watched the water flow on my feet. I couldn't seem to look at P'Forth and I just waited for him to talk. He's the one who's going to lead this conversation because he's the one who wants to get it done.

"Yo, can you tell me what's wrong?" he finally asked. "You seemed to have changed for the past year."

"And who is to blame for that." I muttered under my breath.

"What did I do wrong?" he asked again. "Was it because we stopped hanging out like before?"

"No. That's not it." I said.

"Then tell me. Tell me what I did wrong." he replied, almost pleadingly.

I let a minute pass before finally saying, "I hate you, you know."
