Yo's POV

Practice soon started and we were tasked to do a runway show as we introduced ourselves. We all lined up and took turns walking and introducing ourselves to P'Rose and her assistant P'Jennie, who are the main supervisors and coordinators of the competition.

Nate and I are surprisingly doing well as partners. She's quite friendly and bubbly as well so we got along pretty well. After introducing ourselves, we were then taught the steps for the group dance all of us would be performing on the competition day. We watched as some seniors danced and showed us all the steps. When they were done, they asked us to follow their steps. And the torture began.

Two hours later, I feel like I couldn't feel my feet anymore. I have never danced in all my life so doing it all of a sudden is quite a bit strenuous. We were given a fifteen minute break and I immediately went straight towards my brother.

P'Beam was talking with P'Ming who are sitting on a table with P'Forth and P'Pha. Kit was also with them, albeit looking grumpy. I raised a brow at him and he scowled towards P'Pha's direction. I gave him a gentle tap on his shoulder and showed him a wistful smile. He tap me back on my hand and stood up to get me some water.

When he left, I walked closer to my brother.

"P'Beam." I called his name out and he turned towards me. He was beaming proudly while P'Ming was smirking beside him.

"Nong Yo, why didn't you tell me you're chosen as your faculty's representative?" P'Beam asked.

I narrowed my eyes at him. "Why didn't you tell me you're a campus moon as well?"

He gave me a sheepish smile. "I didn't think it was important for you to know."

"Not important?" I scoffed at him. "I thought we tell each other everything. Are there other things about you that I'm supposed to know?"

"Well...I just thought it was no big deal if I was a moon once." P'Beam replied. "I'm sorry, I didn't tell you."

He took my hands in his and playfully swings them side to side as he apologizes in a cute way. I playfully rolled my eyes at him and gave up being pissed at him. He was so irresistibly cute. I couldn't help myself but give in to him.

"Come nong, sit with us." P'Ming said as he made a space between him and P'Beam. I sat down and Kit came back with my water.

"Thank you." I said as I gratefully took the cup of chilled water from him. He just smiled at me before seating beside P'Ming.

"You want to know something else about Beam, nong?" P'Ming asked me.

I looked towards him and nodded. I heard P'Beam sigh beside me.

"Aside from being the first runner up, he's also the most popular moon." P'Ming said. "He won the award."

I turned towards P'Beam and he just nodded in confirmation.

"So that's why you are so popular." I mused.

Today is just the first day for me and I have only been in class for quite a few hours but everytime I'm out of the classroom, I could hear my brother's and P'Ming's name being discussed, whispered, and dreamily moaned off. I thought P'Ming could be understood because he's a playboy and he's the campus moon but I had a bit of a doubt that the Beam I kept hearing is actually my P'Beam.

"He's very popular to everyone. Girls, boys, teachers and staff you name it. They all like him." P'Ming added.

P'Beam scowled at him but he didn't say anything. P'Ming just gave him a satisfied smirk, probably his revenge from this morning's teasing. I studied my brothers face and yeah, I could see how handsome he really is. If only I am not related to him, I could have fallen for him too. I couldn't understand why my brother with such a handsome and angelic face could be cheated on and dumped.
