Beam's POV

I woke up and I found myself in bed. I looked to my side and saw Ming's worried face. What happened?

"Beamie? You okay?" Ming asked.

And then I remembered. Yo! He's been kidnapped!

I frantically threw the sheets off me and I sat up. I looked at Ming with a panic-stricken face.

"Ming, we need to find Yo." I begged him desperately. "My parents are going to kill me if they find this out."

"Beam, calm down." Ming said.

"Calm down?! My brother has been kidnapped!" I screamed hysterically.

Ming winced at me and I felt sorry I for what I did. But why is he so calm? Yo is missing! I can't help but panic while he actually looks...uncaring?

"Ming? What exactly did Pha say?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes at me and he sighed. He reminds me of N'Kit when he does that. They really are siblings. They're so cute. Okay I'm totally distracted now.

"Pha said Yo was kidnapped. I already told you that." he says. "But you didn't let me finish talking."

"What else did he say?"

"Yo's safe and he's probably fine."

"Probably fine? How could he be fine when he's kidnapped? And why did Pha say he's home when he know's he'd been kidnapped?! Why the hell didn't he called the police!"

"Beam! Calm down alright." Ming exclaimed. "There's no need to get the police involved. Apparently, we know who kidnapped Yo and it's nothing serious."

"Who took him?"

"P'Forth."

P'Forth? Why would P'Forth kidnap Yo? Why does he need to kidnap Yo? What's going on? And why the hell did Phana fucking Kongthanin just lied to me? Me! His best friend! I swear I'm gonna kill him.

I jumped out of bed and rushed out of my room. I grabbed my key and started putting on my shoes.

"Where are you going?" Ming asked.

"Upstairs." I muttered through my gritted teeth. "I have a best friend to kill."

And with that, I walked out the room and headed to the elevator.

I didn't use the doorbell and immediately pounded on the door. I didn't care about the noise. Nobody lives on this floor except for the two of them.

"Phana! Open the fucking door!" I exclaimed angrily.

I heard footsteps coming towards the door and when the door opened, my fist went flying straight towards somebody's face.

Pha staggered backward, surprised with my punch. I walked inside and gripped the collars of his shirt.

"Where did P'Forth took my brother?" I demanded.

"Beam..."

"And why the hell did you lie to me?!"

"What's goi---P'Beam?!" N'Kit appeared in the hallway, gasping at the scene.
