Chapter 15

Shawn's POV

"Miss You." I instantly smiled as I read that text from her.

"Miss you too :(" I responded back.

Geoff, Teddy, Josiah, Andrew and I were all out on the balcony that could probably fit about 20 people drinking beers just watching the sun set.

"Is that her?" Andrew asked as I was staring down at my phone smiling.

"Yeah." I nodded looking through the pictures of her and I that I had taken on my phone. I had also taken some sneaky pictures that she didn't know about, but she looked beautiful either way.

"Are you going to make your whatever you have private or public?" Geoff asked breaking my gaze away from my phone as I locked it setting it down on my lap.

"Probably private just for a few weeks." I shrugged. "My fans already kind of think we're dating from the pictures that were released of us at the beach but I won't comment on it right now."

"What about her?" Andrew asked.

"I don't think she likes the attention she's getting." I said honestly. "From what I see, she seems to try and avoid it and I've told her to ignore whatever comments were being said."

"Well that's good, I guess." Andrew said.

"And you said she's from Toronto?" Josiah chuckled.

"Yeah." I laughed. "That's how we met, on the plane here from Toronto."

"It's destiny." Josiah joked. I laughed it off as well as the rest of the guys as we just sat there for the rest of the night talking about anything and everything until we got too tired to even talk anymore.

My time here in Montego Bay, Jamaica was done as we arrived at the airport. I got out of the Uber grabbing my things as we had to take two cars because everyone's thing were not going to fit all in one car.

"Shawn!" I heard my name being yelled as I turned around to see 3 teenage girls smiling my way.

"Hi guys, pictures?" I asked as they all nodded getting their phones ready.

"I love you so much." The first girl said holding her hands to her mouth.

"Love you too, honey." I smiled as I took pictures with other two girls before waving them off and heading inside the airport.

Landing in LA, we got our things as we brought them to the car. I saw a group of teenage girls and some guys standing off to the side all talking and whispering as I smiled at them.

"I love you, Shawn." One girl said as my bodyguard got them to line up for pictures.

I took pictures with each fan as I waved goodbye blowing them a kiss with both hands. I got into the Uber pulling away from the airport as I went onto my phone checking my social media's. Just SM3 memes mostly on my recommended page making me laugh.

Amanda was arriving in LA first thing tomorrow morning which I was extremely excited for. I haven't seen her in almost 3 days and I felt alone. I had the guys with me but she made me feel different.

"Can't wait to see you tomorrow!" I locked my phone as I sent her the text instantly getting a text back moments later.

"About that.. I'm sorry but I won't be able to come down." My heart sunk reading that.

"What? Why?"

"My brothers birthday is in 5 days. I completely forgot I'm so sorry!"

"No it's fine :) family first."

"I can make it out to LA the day after but I would only be there for a couple days considering I'm busy.."

"No don't bother :) it's fine really."

"Are you sure?" I sighed putting my phone down. I really did want to see her and spend time with her but I don't want her wasting money on a flight just to be here for a couple days.

"Yeah :) we'll see each other another time."

"Geoff!" I called out throughout the house.

"Yeah buddy?" I heard him say as I heard footsteps approaching my room.

"She's not coming. You don't gotta worry about picking her up." I sighed.

"Trouble in paradise already?" He chuckled.

"No it's her brothers birthday in a couple days." I shrugged.

"Oh." Geoff nodded.

"Let's just go finish this album. I need to clear my mind." I said shaking my head as I hopped off the bed. We both headed down the stairs into the living room where we had all the things set up.

I felt my phone buzz a couple times while recording but just ignored it. I didn't need any distractions right now.

Amanda's POV

"Hey I still have your sweatshirt, definitely will keep me company until I see you next :)"

"I know you're probably busy, but I really am sorry. I wish I was able to come see you"

After a couple hours of not getting a response I decided to just leave it. He was ignoring me, he was probably mad because I couldn't come down but it's out of my control.

"Hey mom." I smiled as I walked into the kitchen seeing her preparing dinner.

"Hey sweety. You think you can help?" She asked rushing around the kitchen.

"Yeah sure." I smiled walking over to the oven as I began cooking the food so she can do whatever it is she was doing.

"What's up?" She asked.

"I won't be going to LA anymore." I sighed.

"Aw why? Did something happen?" She asked.

"I don't know. I guess it just wasn't meant to be." I shrugged.

"Don't say that. You tried, there will be more boys in the future for you." I looked over at her as she sent me a smile making me chuckle.

"Yeah it's just he was different." I smiled to myself thinking of our time in Jamaica.

"One week and he's already left an impact that hard?" She chuckled. "Wow, my daughter is in love."

"No, I'm not in love." I laughed.

"It's love at first sight." She joked as I playfully rolled my eyes.

"If that's what you wanna call it." I laughed it off as we continued to finish supper.

I set the table for my brother, mom and I as I had realized Dylan was sitting in the living room by himself watching TV. I walked into the living room seeing him just sitting on the couch.

"Hey Dyl, supper's ready." I smiled as he got off the couch running into the kitchen. I laughed at his actions as I just began my walk there.

"So are you ready to be 7?" I asked poking his side.

"Yeah." He nodded.

"You're getting so old. Stop growing." I chuckled.

"Says you, grandma." My mouth fell open into a wide O as I just playfully shoved him letting out a laugh.

"Ok, enough with the insults." I smiled.

"Did you guys want to head out to the mall?" My mom smiled looking over at us.

"Yeah sure." I said confused as to why she asked that. She never has asked us if we wanted to go out together, especially at the mall.

"Go get ready, I'll clean up." We quickly finished our dinner as we got ready to head out.
