"Oh god this is beautiful." I said stepping off the elevator seeing the whole city from up here. I walked up to the window as Shawn stood beside me wrapping his arm around my waist. The sun was just setting, so the sunset over the buildings was breathtaking.

"It's even more beautiful at night with all the lights lit up." He examined looking around as well.

I leaned my head against his chest as we just sat there in silence looking over the city. He rested his head on top of mine until we figured it was time to circle the place. We walked around the corner to see there was this floor made of glass.

"Oh fuck no." I said backing up.

"C'mon, it's safe." Shawn laughed holding his hand out for me to grab.

"Shawn, we are like 300 ft in the air and you want me to stand on a glass floor?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"Babe." He soothed letting out a tiny chuckle. He walked over placing his hands on my arms as he began to slowly walk me over to the glass floor. I ended up just going on as I looked down to see how far up we were. Holy shit.

"Ok I stepped on, now let's go do something else." I said making him laugh.

They have this little balcony where you can go outside but it's caged up so people don't throw things off, or even worse fall off themself. The breeze was cold considering it was winter in Canada right now.

We walked around the tower for almost an hour taking boomerangs on Instagram. I took a picture of Shawn with his hair blowing in the wind on the balcony and posted it to my story with a tiny heart on the picture. (kind of like the picture below)

We were going down in the elevator with an elderly couple as I leaned my head onto Shawn's arm considering I couldn't lean on his shoulder from the height difference. I wrapped my arms around his one arm that I was leaning on from how exhausted I was from walking around. I didn't really wear the best shoes for this.

"Young love." The elderly man said catching my attention. It caught Shawn's too as we both just let out a tiny laugh. "I remember when my sugar bear over here and I were young." He smiled causing me to smile.

"You guys high school sweethearts?" I asked making conversation.

"You know it." The woman smiled as they looked up at each other. It was the most adorable thing I've seen. "How long have you guys been going out?" The woman asked causing me to look down blushing.

"We're taking things slow right now." Shawn said looking down at me. I nodded agreeing with him, taking things slow. I like that. "But I've known her for a couple weeks now, and it's been pretty amazing."

We had reached the bottom floor as the elevator doors swung open revealing the front lobby. There was a cute little gift shop we had passed with everything CN tower inside as we walked outside into the winter air.
