Chapter 18

"So what is he like?" One girl asked.

"He's nice." I shrugged. "Are you guys hardcore fans?" I smiled

"Yeah, we've been with him since his Vine days." She smiled.

"Have you heard any songs from SM3?" One asked.

"No I haven't." I laughed.

"So you don't know anything about it?" She frowned.

"The only thing I know is the name of the first single. That's all I got." I chuckled shrugging. "I wish I could share with you guys but I can't, sorry."

"Can we get a picture before you go?" One of them asked.

"With me?" I laughed.

"Yeah." They all said in unison.

"A group one?" I asked as they began to huddle around me.

"I'll take it." Madison said as she grabbed one of the girls phones snapping the picture.

"Can you tell Shawn we say hi?" One girl smiled.

"Of course." I smiled. "Do you guys have twitter, I can get him to follow you?" I suggested.

"He follows me, but not them." She said as they all began to give me their usernames. I wrote it down on my notes in my phone as I smiled at them waving them off.

"Well that was just, something." Madison chuckled as we walked off.

"Yeah tell me about it." I laughed. "Probably not going to be the last time either." I sighed.

"My best friend is becoming famous." Madison joked.

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes as we continued our way home.

"I see you met some of my fans." He chuckled into the phone.

"Yes." I laughed. "It was a bit awkward but they were nice and very friendly."

"I'm glad they were nice." He said

"I actually got their usernames because they wanted you to follow them on twitter." I took my phone away from my ear before putting him on speaker.

"Shoot." He said as I began reading out their usernames to him.

Shawn and I talked on the phone for about an hour when he said he had to get off because his flight was being called.

I've been in bed all day and didn't want to get ready but Shawn was going to be here in a couple hours to see me. I groaned as I got out of bed grabbing my shower essentials before heading in. I washed my body then hair before getting out.

Wrapping myself in a towel, I had realized I was in there for longer than expected. I rushed to my room getting dressed into some black leggings and Shawn's sweater he had lent me as I had my hair air dry into it's natural waves.

Shawn was probably going to land soon and I still haven't even left my house yet. I insisted on picking him up at the airport even though he said no, but I wasn't taking no for an answer.

"Mom, I'm going out I'll be back tonight." I yelled through the house getting an 'ok' back.

I didn't even bother warming up my car considering I had to get to the airport as fast as possible and it's about a 40 minute drive from my house with traffic.

I was 5 minutes away from the airport when my phone started buzzing. I answered the call putting it on speaker as I kept my focus on the road.
