I had been sitting by her bed just staring at her as she had been connected to some tube through her mouth to help her breath.

She still looked beautiful.

"Hey." I heard Madison say from behind me.

"Hey." I smiled slightly looking back at her. Her eyes averted to my hand holding Amanda's as she smiled.

It's been 2 days since she's been in a coma. I'm supposed to be spending my time with my family but instead I'm sitting by a hospital bed waiting for the love of my life to wake up.

"You should go home and see your family." Madison said as she sat on the other side of her.

"I don't wanna leave her and something happens." I said as she nodded.

"Well I'm here now so if anything does happen, I'll call you or send you text right away letting you know." She nodded.

"I just want to be the first person she sees when she wakes up. I want her to know I'll always be here for her. Through anything." A tear fell down my cheek as I quickly wiped it away.

"She already knows that, Shawn." Mads smiled.

"Yeah that's why she left me." I said sarcastically. She sighed looking down as I just looked back over at her.

"Go home, see your family, get some rest then come back in the morning." She said. "I'll be right by her side, as will her mom."

"Please text me." I said looking up at her.

"I will." She stood up walking over to me with her arms wide open as I stood up taking her into my arms.

"Thank you." I squeezed her tight.

"Now go. You're starting to smell." She joked pushing me away. I let out a tiny smile as I said goodbye putting my hood up and walking through the halls till I reached the parking lot.

I got in my car and just drove home. The music blocked out the thoughts that I was thinking as I had it on full blast.

Christmas was in two days and the only thing I wanted right now was for Amanda to wake up. If I ever needed a Christmas miracle to happen, it would be right now."

Madison's POV

"Yeah I sent him home about 2 hours ago. He's been with her all night long." I said as both Amanda's mom and I hugged each other.

"I wish I could have met him." She smiled.

"You haven't met him yet?" I asked.

"No. She hasn't really talked about him much lately." She shrugged.

"They were on a break for a while but the second he heard, he came running to her side." I smiled.

"Does he treat her well?" She asked.

"I think he does." I nodded.

I decided to give her some alone time with her daughter as I took a walk around the hospital looking for the cafeteria. I sat and ate my food that I got as I scrolled through IG.

After about 20 minutes, I headed back to her room seeing her mom sitting there holding her hand as I smiled.

"Looks like we'll all be spending our christmas here." I chuckled.

"I haven't even brought Dylan to see her yet." Her mom's voice cracked as I walked over comforting her. "I don't want him seeing her like this."

A tear escaped from my eye as I wiped it away rubbing her arm up and down.
