(A/N: Sorry that this took 10,000 years. I've been busy, as well as working on unpublished books. dunno if those will ever be seen or not though.
Also, I've received many supportive comments that helped reignite my interest in this storyline. Thank you so much for that!
Anyway, this chapter is gonna be a little long, sorry.)

You look at yourself in the mirror, completely unsure of how to react to your own visage.
A new dress was brought for you while in the bath, and it is far more extravagant then the last one.
The whole thing was white with small golden beaded patterns along the bust and hem, as well as flowers pinned all about the skirt and bodice. The skirt puffed out just above your hips, where it meets the corset, as well as the slit in the layers, revealing the (F/C) silken fabric underneath. It had more volume then you were comfortable with. Its also quite a bit longer then the one Missandra had given you, no doubt you'll end up tripping over it.
Despite the fact that your feet can't even be seen, you were given a pair of shoes that, to you, appeared to be made of gold.

Prince Ace was overseeing the maids who were doing you hair, keeping his eyes locked firmly on them to prevent another "Mishap".
Thankfully the hair doesn't seem to be as overzealous as the wardrobe.
Though you weren't sure if they were done yet or not.
Regardless, focusing on them was a difficult task at the moment.

The you in the mirror, on any other day, would be considered beautiful.
But not by you.
Not right now, anyway.
You were too frightened, worried..

Domi was dragged away to be fitted for "Appropriate clothing" and you haven't seen him since.
Not that you believed they'd bring him back in here, its just nerve wracking to not know for certain that he's safe.

"(Y/N)." The Prince calls.
You flinch at his voice, only now realizing how silent the room is.
"Yes?" You didn't expect for your voice to sound so tired, but it wasn't that surprising either.
"Don't we match wonderfully? I made sure to have the same shade of white in our outfits." He seems content as he approaches, resting his hand gently against your back, the other holding your own.
He brings your hand up to his lips, leaving small kisses along your knuckles. All the while you simply watch him in the mirror.

"Though..." His content smile fades as he pulls away from your hand. "I do wish I had some gloves for you. A nice pair that reached above your elbows." His smile quickly began to return as he imagined.
"A nice, white silk. Or perhaps velvet?" He ran his thumb softly over the back of your hand, in an almost loving manner as he spoke.
You had unknowingly been holding back tears in your silence, and they now threatened to rise to the surface.
"All of the beautiful outfits I envision you in.. And yet.." He leans in, his lips against your ear.

"My favorite."
His silver eyes lock onto yours in the mirror as he continues, his voice dropping to a barely audible whisper.
"Is of you without any of them. Baring all of your womanly skin, for only my eyes to see."
