It was the 2nd semester of my senior year. 5 more months until I graduated and turned 18. I couldn't wait to leave high school.Drama just wasn't my forte. This semester I had a 7th period with the new track coach, Coach Carhart. I had known him from when I was younger and ran for his little league team. He was the finest white boy I ever seen. Dimples, hazel eyes, and a strong jawline. I'm definitely not into white boys but if he was our age I would definitely shoot my shot.
I walked into what we called the Red Room where my other classmates were. I seen a few people I could potentially kick it with and went to talk too them.
"Hey Dom." I smile
"Sophia! Hey girl." She said excitedly
"Alright everybody take a seat and face me." Carhart said as he walked into the room.
Everyone sat and turned their attention to him. As he talked about the course syllabus and goals within this track specific strength and conditioning class I looked around. There were a lot of underclassmen in this class. That's when my wandering eyes stopped. The guy I had the biggest crush on for like forever was in this class. Kobe Frazier.

Our eyes met and he nodded what's up to me. I smiled and then turned my attention back to Carhart. Kobe and I were acquaintances at first but over the summer we became friends cause we started working at the same Walgreens. From what I knew he was always on and off with this girl named Kiara so I kept my distance. I learned that if things are meant to be they happen naturally.
He was sitting next to his best friend Robert and this other fine nigga Spencer.
