Chapter thirty eight:

*Abby's p.o.v.*

The drive to the place where both bands want to go and practice is only about fifteen or twenty minutes away from where we have the rv set up, but it might as well just be longer because of the amount of red lights that we've already hit on the way there.

"Are you kidding me, another red light come on!!" Daniel yelled.

"Bro calm down, ask someone else to drive," I said.

"You think we're hitting red lights because of me?" He asked.

"Daniel like Abby just said you kept hitting all of the red lights on the way to British Columbia," Stephen said.

"You think you can drive better?" Daniel asked.

"I was just saying that you should ask someone else to drive that way you can rest," Stephen said.

"I agree with Stephen, I mean you can't go to band practice and not be able to sing because of yelling every time there's a red light that you hit on the way to where we're going to," Steve said.

"Fine," Daniel said, than asked, "anyone from down with webster wanna drive the rest of the way?"

"I will," Camm said.

"Okay thank you Camm," Daniel said.

"You're welcome Daniel." Camm said. Daniel and Camm switched seats and we continued on our way. We managed to avoid hitting any more red lights and were there in about twenty minutes. We all got out of the vehicle and walked into the secret location.

"Girls welcome to the band practice life starting now," Dan said.

"Um thanks," we all said.

"So lets get these practices started," Kyle said.

"I agree!" Bucky shouted.

"Okay let's start!" Stephen yelled.

"Where do we go?" I asked.

"You and the girls get to sit down on that big couch over there and cheer us on," Steve said.

"Okay," I said.

"Let's start." Both bands said. The girls and I sat there listening to the practice going on between both bands. Both bands were really good to listen to and it was really different hearing them live and not hearing them on TV or in YouTube videos and I loved it. As did everyone else watching the practice. The practice went on for a few hours because each band wanted to run through their set lists two or three times to make sure that they got everything right, which I don't blame them for, because believe me if I were in a band I would want to go over the set list as many times as it took for me to get almost every word right, that way when it was time to go on stage and perform, I wouldn't mess up. I now know that it takes a lot of time and effort for a band to get ready to perform on stage in front of a huge group of fans, and sometimes depending on where the band is performing, sometimes there may or may not be family members watching the whole concert. That would make me nervous, but both bands seem to handle it well and also they each have a huge fan base, which is great because it basically shows that both bands are very successful at what they do and I couldn't be more proud of my two favourite bands.
