Chapter 12
When Hayes and I walked into the classroom, everyone just stared. And I mean it, they just stared. I looked down and Hayes nudged my arm. I looked up and he smiled at me. I was so confused. Why would Hayes smile at me in a position like this? And then he grabbed my hand and we marched practically past everyone without a care in the world. I blushed a bit, in fact, a lot.
"There, that'll teach them what the hell's going on around here." Hayes said when we sat down. I smiled and then blushed, again.
The whole time during math, we didn't do a damn thing. And I mean it when I say that we didn't do anything but talk and have fun just by playing on the same phone at once. The teacher must've let it slide because the whole class she didn't say anything to us. We laughed way too loud and must've interrupted the class a lot.
Hayes showed me his friends: Nash, Cameron, Carter, Shawn, and a lot of other boys that I've heard of before. I felt so oblivious. How could I not have known about Hayes even if we used to date before the accident. Hayes said it was fate, but that's just some lame excuse.
About 20 minutes into class, Hayes clicked on his camera app and took a picture of the two of us. Then he went to Instagram and clicked on the picture. "Hayes! Don't!" I said gripping his hot muscular arm.
"You're hot when you do that!" He said in a sexy tone. Oh god what have I gotten myself into Dena. I blushed and let him post it. I didn't particularly like the comment he put on it though,"...
