Emma

I woke up and got ready for school when I came downstairs Jake and Haley was making out on the couch.

I sighed "Eww."

Rose wasn't downstairs "Jake where's Rose."

He looked at me "She's at work so is your dad."

I shook my head and poured my cereal and ate it.

Jimmy texted me to remind him to pick me him up.

I got my bag and looked at Jake and Haley "I am going to send you guys the location for Jimmy's party."

Haley looked at me "When is his birthday?"

I shook my head "You're a real asshole."

I got to Jimmy's house and he looked at me "What happened."

I sighed "Haley she doesn't even remember your birthday."

He kissed me and I kept a straight face "Emma.."

I crossed my arms "Since ninth grade and she doesn't even remember."

He chuckled "Why do you care so much, I don't."

I looked at him "Because I love you."

I kissed him and he smiled "I love you too."

We got to school and Jimmy walked me to class "Love you see you in 6th."

I kissed him and walked inside and sat in the back.

Luke came and sit down next to me "Hey."

I smiled "Are you okay Luke."

He laughed "I was having a moment?"

I chuckled "Wow."

After class Haley came to me "Emma I want to be friends."

I kept on walking "Please Em I miss you."

I began to sob "Why did you lie?"

She smiled "You know I read too much Wattpad stories."

I hugged her and we both sobbed into each other shoulders "Yeah you do."

I wiped my tears "Just stop walking around naked after having sex with Jake, okay?"

She laughed "I had a blanket."

I shivered "Don't remind me of that."

She smiled "I know Jimmy's birthday is on Friday, I was messing with you."

I crossed my arms "Well don't do that."

She chuckled "Come on let's head to 4th."

I got to class room and everyone was looking at me "What?"

The teacher looked at me "Emma you're needed in the office."

I walked to the halls every step aching at my soul.

I got to the office and opened the door "Yes?"

Ms. Reed looked up "The principal office."

I got in the office Rose and Jake was sitting down "Hey hon."

I looked at Rose "What's going on Rose."

Principal Hub looked at me "Can you sit please."

I sat down "Yes?"

He looked up "Your dad is missing."

I looked at him "What?"

Rose shook her head "He left work and he never came home."
