Emma

I walked to my car and Liam was waiting "I just wanted to remind you of our date."

I laughed unlocking my car "I remember and you could've text me."

He smiled "Your car is on the way to my bike."

I crossed my arms "Your bike is on the other side of the parking lot."

He scratched the back of his head "I wanted to take the long way."

I opened my door "See you later."

He waved "Later."

I got in my car and Jake came in "Um?"

He looked at me "It's okay if I ride with you?"

I started the car "Go with your girlfriend."

He chuckled "I rather go with you."

I drove out the parking lot "Fine but you better start riding with Haley again."

He shook his head "Yeah sure."

I eased him "What's your problem?"

He sighed "Nothing."

I mocked him "Nothing."

I touched him like he was a bug "You look so tense."

He yelled "Just focus on the road!"

I put both of my hands on the wheel "Okay fine."

We got home and Jake went straight up to his room.

I walked towards my dad who was looking at tux online "So when's the wedding."

Rose came on with a cup of water in her hand "Probably in a month."

My dad looked at me "And you need to find a date."

I laughed at my dad "You're funny I-."

They both looked at me "That's a demand Emma."

I stopped laughing "You're serious?"

Rose gave me a nudge "You'll find one, how about that Luke guy."

I walked away "I have a date tonight."

"Ohh."

I glared at Rose "And it's not with Luke."

Rose frowned "Loser."

I laughed and went into my room and looked for clothes to wear. He said to wear something casual so I am thinking, jeans with a shirt?

I played some music while I looked for clothes "Right now I'm at a state of miiind I wanna be here like all the tiiime!"

I finally found my clothes and got ready. Rose yelled from downstairs "Emma your date is here."

I took a glance in the mirror before I left.

I walked downstairs and Rose whispered "Go get em!"

I laughed and Liam was sitting on the porch "Ready?"

He got up wearing a tank top with shorts and some sneakers.

I tapped his foot lightly with mine "Oh look we have same shoes."

Liam smiled "We do."

We walked to his car and I sat down "I have never been in your car before."

He started the engine "The feeling was mutual."

I laughed "Don't worry you will get to ride with me one day."

He drove and I looked out the window looking restaurants and buildings.

We arrived at a park "Ready for some fun."

I smiled "I was born ready."

We got out the car and I watched as Liam went to the trunk and pulled out a bag.

I pointed "What's in there."

He smiled "Our date."

I looked at him "What?"

He set the bag down on the bench and pulled out a roller blade "You wanna go roller blading?"

I shrieked "Yes!"

About 10 minutes later....

As me and Liam roller blade through the park I screamed "Liam!"

He held my hand and we began to roller blade together.

People we staring but Liam didn't care I didn't care either.

He pointed "When we get to that bench let's take a break."

I yelled "Never!"

I let go of Liam's hand and he caught me before I fell forward.

I chuckled nervously "Maybe we should take a break."

We sat down at the bench and he looked at me "You are the first girl to not wear any makeup on a date."

I smiled sweat beading down my forehead "Well if you can't accept me at my worst."

He smiled "I like you Emma."

I shrugged "Well I am a role model."

He shook his head "No, I like you."

Liam moved closer to me "Um, Liam."

He leaned forwards and I leaned back "Emma what's wrong."

I got up "This our first date Liam, chill."

He shook his head "Yeah you're right sorry."

Then I sighed "And I am still getting over Jimmy so."

He removed his blades "Hey I know."

"You know my dad is getting married, do you maybe want to go with me?"

I got home and I looked at Rose "There I have a date."

She smiled "Finally, I think Luke should tag along."

I crossed my arms "Rose!"

She drew a triangle "It's the triangle of love!"

I walked upstairs "I am ignoring that!"
