Prologue: Gone Too Soon

Michael:

It has been 9 years since I've passed away on June 25th 2009. Even though I've been gone that doesn't mean that I'm not looking over my fans, friends, family and especially my 5 children.

To my shining first born son Peter,

I know your pain, I know. But you handle your pain through music and get all of those bottled up feelings out. I'm proud of you for not going down the same path I went.

To my astonishing second born son Christopher,

I understand that you're upset at the world for treating me the way they did but you have to forget and forgive, at least for me please? I see you changing into a better man now which I'm so proud about. Give my granddaughter Royalty hugs and kisses for me.

To my bright third born son Prince,

thank you for treating Kenya well and for protecting your other siblings. You are truly making the world a better way place. I'm very proud of your production company and how far you've become without me.

To my beautiful only daughter Paris,

I know times can be rough and you wish I was still here but I am, not physically but I'm still here. You may not be able to see me but believe me, I'm there and I always will be.

And last but not least to my youngest son Blanket,

I'm so proud of you! You are becoming a very handsome intelligent young man. You make me proud everyday keep being the humble young man you are.
