The Three Of Us

Chapter 8

I roll over and feel a body next to me. I open my eyes and see... Mason?!

"Get out of my fucking bed!" I scream. Mason opens his eyes and starts laughing, I look on the floor and Mickey and Dallas are laughing too!

"What?" I ask them.

"Nothing." They all say. I look at my clock; 6:30

"It's only 6:30?" I hop out of my bed.

"I'm going to have a shower." I tell them. I go to my bathroom and take a nice warm shower. I get out and relize I forgot to bring clothes with me so I go back to my room. I pick out a pair of lulu lemon black tights and a fitted purple tanktop. I leave my hair to dry stright and put on some makeup. Mickey goes for a shower after me and puts on a pair of jean shorts and a yellow crop top, she curls her hair. Dallas goes and she puts on a pair of blue and white floral shorts and a white tank top. She makes her hair look naturally wavy. Mason has a shower next; I didn't want him to shower in my bathroom but again I have been overruled. He has a shower and puts on the same thing he was wearing last night. By the time we are all done getting ready it is 8:10. We all hope in Dallas car with mason and Mickey in the back. I can hear them flirting with each other and I look at Dallas who has a fake smile on her face.

The lunch bell rings and I head to my locker to put my books away. I get there and see Mickey and Dallas waiting for me.

"Hey." I say to them.

"Hello." Dallas say while Mickey just smiles.

"We don't have any money for lunch." Mickey and Dallas whine. I grab my wallet out of my purse and pull out a 20 dollar bill.

"Here, you have to share it and I must get some change back." I tell them. They hug me and we make our way to the cafe. Mickey gets chicken nuggets and a coke with an apple. Dallas gets a soup and a Pepsi and a cookie. I get a Turkey sandwich with a coke and strawberries. We grab our stuff and head outside. We sit in the grass and eat our lunch.

"So, we have to go shopping for the welcome back dance." Dallas says.

"Let's go on Sunday." Mickey suggests. Tonight is the night of Dallas and masons date and super happy for her but we don't talk about it around Mickey.

"Ya." I say, I don't even know if I'm going to the dance.

"I think josh likes you." Dallas tells Mickey. Josh is a kid in my home room class, he is short and likes hunting and fishing.

"No, ew." Mickey says making a disgusted face.

"I think that Eliot likes you." Mickey tells Dallas. Eliot is in my math class, he is super annoying and is super mean to me and Mickey, but not Dallas cus everyone know he likes her.

"Whatever." She says.

"Any ways, I hear that Chase like you still." Dallas says.

"Really? Because if he did then you think that he would be treating me different. He didn't even try to stop me."

"I know, and I'm sorry." They say.

"There is or nothing you can do about it." I was still upset about it though, but what ever.
