The Three Of Us

Chapter 46

I get to school and go to my locker. I open it up and grab my books. Not wanting to be late for my first day, I head to class. Once I'm there I sit in my normal spot.

"Welcome back Carter."

"Thanks, Mrs. James." I start writing in my notebook.

"Okay class lets get started." I don't look up from my book until the teacher says these 5 words.

"We have some new students." I look up and see some people I never thought I would see. Matt, Brandon, Brayden and Hunter. I see them look around the class until all four of them spot me. They smile and I smile back, but me and Hunter don't break eye contact.

"Okay, class, your dismissed." I get up and speed walk over to Hunter. He pulls me in with a big hug.

"Oh my god, I didn't know you where moving here." I say.

"I guess we never really told each other where we are from or anything like that."

"Ya." I quickly turn my attention to Brandon.

"Oh my god Brandon, come with me." I run out of the class room with the four boys behind me. I run up to dallas locker. She turns and looks at me but he attention is replaced by Brandon. A huge smile comes across her face and a tear rolls down her cheek. She runs up to him and jump into his arms. They kiss then break apart.

"I thought something was up when Jackson came to my class." She says.

"Oh Ya, by the way, we're is he?" Matt asks.

"His locker." We start on our way to his locker. Once we get thee we all form a big group and hug.

"Oh my god you guys. This is going to be an awesome year now that you are here." I say.

I go to my locker with Hunter just before lunch ends and after all 7 of us are together. Jensen was sending Brandon dirty looks all lunch.

"So looks like we are I the same class, except 1." Hunter says as I open my locker. Before I can say anything back we are interrupted by Jacob. He comes walking up.

"HOW COULD YOU? YOU SAID THAT YOU WOULD GIVE ME A CHANCE, IM SORRY THAT I SCREWED UP AND EVERYTHING BUT DID YOU ACTUALLY MOVE ON THAT QUICK? I THOUGHT WHAT WE HAD WAS REAL? I LOVE YOU CARTER, I STILL DO AND I ALWAYS HAVE AND IM SORRY FOR FIGHTING WITH YOU BEFORE YOU LEFT BUT DID THAT FIGHT BREAKUP WHAT WE HAD?" By the time Jacobs done I have a tears coming down my face.

"Jacob listen, I haven't moved on, I still love you but that doesn't mean I still want to be with you. Plus where do you get this idea I'm totally forgetting what we had. You where my first real and true boyfriend, and I would never be able to forget that." I say.

"What's going on here?" Hunter asks and I totally forgot that he was there this whole time.

"Nothing."

"No, it's clearly move than nothing. You said that you still love him and that your not over him. I'm sorry but I don't think I can date you if your not over him."hinter walks away.

"No Hunter, I'm sorry." But he doesn't turn back.

"Really Jacob. Thanks for shoveling my driveway and thanks for ruining my relationship." I walk away to my car not looking back, not caring if I get in trouble and definitely not caring about school.
