The Three Of Us

Chapter 10

Today is Saturday as in the Saturday that Mickey and mason are going out on a date. I'm not to sure if I should believe him anymore, he said that he truly liked Dallas but then why would he be kissing another girl? Me and Dallas are going to be hanging out today while Mickey goes out on her date. I look at my clock; 10:30 a.m. I'm meeting Dallas at Starbucks around 11:30. I get up and have a shower. When I get out I put some makeup on but leave my hair to dry straight. I go to my closet and put on a pair of black tights and a dark blue lace top. I grab my purse and my phone. Looking at my clock it reads 11:15. I have just enough time. I drive to Starbucks which is only a 10 minute ride. I get there and see Dallas already in Starbucks.

"Hey." I say sitting down.

"Hey.

"Are you still upset about mason?"

"I'm more mad that I would fall for such a jerk. He just a player."

"Ya, well we need to work on finding you a new guy for the welcome back dance."

"Ya."

"I hear there is a beach party tonight."

"Okay, but shouldn't we talk to Mickey about it?"

"Umm, remember she is busy tonight? So she wouldn't be able to go."

"Okay." I feel bad that Mickey can't go but she is busy on her date with mason, and Dallas needs to get out and have some fun.

"We can get ready at my house, my mom won't be home until Monday." I suggest.

"Okay, but I have to buy a new bathing suit first."

"Okay let's go when we are done." Me and Dallas get our food and get 2 coffees to go. Dallas is meeting me at my house and then we will just take her car to the mall. I get home and hop in Dallas car and we head to the mall. On the way there we have the music really loud and we are sing really loud. We get to the mall and we head to the first bathing suit shop we see. I hear Dallas gasp.

"What?" I say walking over to her.

"Look!" She points to a pink strapless bikini that has big yellow polka dots on the top.

"I love it!" I say, Dallas grabs the bikini. I look around and find a blue bikini with a twisted top. Me and Dallas try our swimsuits on and they fit perfectly. We buy them and go do a little more shopping to kill some time. We go to Victoria secret, American eagle, lulu lemon, forever 21 and some other shoe stores. We go to the food court and then head back to my house. It is 4:30 when we get back to my house and the party starts at 7:00. We sit and watch netflix until 6:00. Mickey makes her hair look wavy and I keep my straight. We put on some water proof mascara and put our bikinis on. Mickey puts a summer dress on over top while I put on a pair of jean shorts and a baggy t-shirt on over top. We finish getting ready and head to the beach.
