The Three Of Us

Chapter 23

I finish my shower and get out. I dry myself and go put on my bath robe. I got up extra early so I can make myself look good for Jacob. I curl my hair and put on some makeup. I put on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I finish getting ready and wait for Jacob. I hear him pull up and I go out side. It's a lot colder then I expected, I should have grabbed a sweater. As soon as I get in I'm actually shaking because I'm so cold. Jacob see me and turns up the heat.

"You didn't grab a sweater or jacket?" I just shake my head.

"Oh, well luckly I always keep an extra sweater in my car." He says reaching in the back and pulling out a big, black saints sweater with his last name on the side.

"I never knew you played for the saints."

"Ya, I play defense." I pull on Jacobs sweater and I'm hit with his smell. It comforts me and I close my eyes and take it in.

"You are the best boyfriend ever!" I say and Jacob grabs my hand.

"I know, and your the best girlfriend ever, not to mention the hottest." I blush at his comment and we arrive at school. We walk in with our hands together and we decide to go to Jacobs locker first. When we get there, Alex is waiting. When she sees me she sends me daggers.

"Oh great." I hear Jacob whisper. We walk up to Alex.

"What do you want Alex?"

"Jacob I know when you broke up with me you were just drunk and so was I, I didn't know who I was kissing. I though it was you but then after I realized it wasn't so I'm here so that if you want me to take you back." She says like it's no big deal that she cheated on her boyfriend... No wait x-boyfriend and then have the balls to make him get down on the floor as bag for her forgiveness.

"Alex, I have a new girlfriend now and you weren't drunk when you kissed that boy! You where sober! And by the way, I won't be asking for you forgiveness because I'm way happier with Carter then I ever was with you." Then Jacob walks away pulling me with him. We walk to my locker.

"Thanks for defending me." I say and Jacob grabs both my hands.

"It's true carter, we have only been boyfriend and girlfriend for less then 24 hours and I have already had a better time with you then 4 months with Alex." I smile and pull Jacobs sweater selves over my little hands.

"And by the way you look great in my clothes." I open my locker and get my books. History is one class I have with Jacob. We head to class and I see Jensen and mason. Jacob walks up to them while I take my seat.

"Okay class, we will be doing group projects for the rest of the week. Here are the groups;

Carter, Jensen and mason

Jacob, Alex and Olivia" our teacher reads out the other groups. I'm not very happy that Jacob will be working with his ex- but I trust him." I go sit next to mason and Jensen.

"Carter I need help." Says mason.

"I want to surprise Mickey for our 3 month anniversary." Me mason and Jensen work out the plans for a surprise party for Mickey. The bell rings and the 3 of us get up and leave class. I didn't walk out with Jacob because he was still talking with his group. Me, mason and Jensen are going to meet at my house tomorrow night but tonight, me, Mickey and Dallas are going to go to the movies. I walk out to Dallas car and wait for them. I see them walk out.

"Who's sweater is that?" Mickey asks.

"Jacobs." I say blushing and they laugh.

"Young love." I hear Dallas say. We go to Starbucks first and I get a vanilla steamer. We go to the movies and pick 'The Fault In Our Stars' the three of us had read the book. I really want to tell Dallas about Mickey surprise party but I can't with Mickey standing right here. We sit a couple of rows from the front and wait for the movie to come on. It's starts and me, Mickey and Dallas squeal. The saddest part in the move comes when Augustus is at the gas station and all three of us cry a little. The movie ends and we exsit the theater to Dallas car. We get in and turn on the music really loud and sing really loud just for fun. Me and Mickey are sleeping over at Dallas's house tonight so she drives back to her house. We get there and do the exsact same thing, sing really loud to some really loud music.

So sorry for taking so long to update, it's just some things have popped up. I will be updating later so don't worry. What do you guys think about Mason wanting to surprise Mickey?
