The Three Of Us

Chapter 31

We pull up to the airport and I park the car. I grab my suit case and carry on bag. Dallas grabs her 2 suit cases, backpack, and carry on bag while Mickey grabs her suit case, backpack and carry on. We start on our way to the security line. We put our bags, jackets, purses and other things in a bin that is sent through the security scan. All of our things are cleared and head to the airplane. We sit in the chairs awaiting to board the plane. I pull out my phone and scroll though my social media feed. I stop scrolling when I spot a picture on a girls account, it has her in a slutty dress with a couple other girls, but one person in the picture catches my eye. It's Jacob, he has his arm wrapped around the girls waist. My heart feels like it just has been stabbed 10,000,000 times by the heel that the slutty girl is wearing. My eyes start to water so I turn off my phone and stand up.

"Where are you going?" Mickey asks me.

"A walk." I say and continue on my way. I walk to alittle bakery and order a hot chocolate. I get it and take a sip of the scolding hot liquid and what I'm expecting to be a boring, bad tasting, cheep airport café hot chocolate is actually the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted. I let it cool in my mouth before swallowing it. I pay for it and continue on my walk. I walk to a little store selling graphic tees and key chains. I look and spot 3 bracelets with a charm on it. One says 'best', the next says 'friends', and the last says 'forever'. I grab it and go to the check out but first I grab 3 extra charms and they say 'Carter' 'Mickey' and 'Dallas'. I pay and walk back to the waiting area. I see mickey and dallas. I walk up to them and hand them the charm and bracelets. They gasp and put the bracelets on. They get up and hug me.

"Thanks so much Carter." Dallas says sitting back down. I hug them back totally forgetting what I had saw just moments earlier.

Hey guys, so the last chapter didn't get many likes but I will still tell you guys the big surprise, but first I want to ask you guys to comment or vote or both because it makes me feel good when I see that people enjoy this book. So here's the new..... My mom and step dad are getting married, I know it might not seem like a big deal to you guys but it is to me. My step dad is awesome and he is an airplane pilot which by the way that is what I want to do when I'm older. Anyways I won't bore you with me rambling on so comment, vote!! Bye!!!
