The Three Of Us

Chapter 26

I slowly get up after lying there for about 20 minutes. No one is around when I stumble across the parking lot in pain. I start to walk to my house hoping that Jacob isn't looking for me. I hold my side as pain shoots though out my body. I step on my ankle the wrong way and I fall, I scream in pain when my already sore body hits the ground, but knowing if I stay on the ground it will only hurt more, I get up and continue on my to my house. I get there after what feels like 24 hours is only 1 hour. I open the door to my house and see Jacob, Mickey, Mason, Dallas and Jensen sitting at my kitchen table with my mom.

"Oh my god." My mom says as she runs to me, Jacob gets up and rushes over to me and I collapse in his arms.

"Where have you been Carter?" Mickey asks rushing up to me with Dallas.

"We need to get you to the hospital." Says my mom.

"No, I-I can't." I say back trying to convince everyone that I'm fine. Then I feel Jacob pick me up and I wince, he carries me out to his car putting me in the back before Mickey and Dallas hop in too with my head resting on Dallas's lap and my feet in Mikcey's. Jacob gets in the front with my mom and Jensen and Mason are going to meet us at the hospital. The ride there is painful, no matter how slow Jacob drives or how much he try's to dodge bumps. We get to the hospital and they rush me inside. At the sight of me some nurses come to see what is wrong. The bring me to a room with a bed and they lay me down before putting an I.V in and doing some other medical things. I'm so tied that I fall asleep in the middle of the doctor talking.

I know this one is tiny but its early in the morning and I don't feel like writing a super long chapter, sorry.
