Carter was being a well-behaved android, sitting quietly on the couch and playing with a deck of cards. He was in the process of building a house of cards, each card individually and placed. His eyes held so much concentration it was quite freaky. His fingers moved so carefully you would think he was performing open heart surgery.

Gavin, who had nothing to do after the android rebellion came to an end, granting all androids equal rights, strutted by. The detective froze in place, staring directly at the house that was about to come to a end.

Carter nimbly placed the final card on top, smiling a huge, content grin after succeeding. His eyes were like the sun - elliptical, effulgent, exalted. His smile resembled that of someone who had accomplished their number one goal life. He moved gently around the house of cards, as if he we were taking mental images of it.

Gavin, however, was the exact opposite of the perfect being right before him. In fact, Gavin's face was ruched up, a sneeze building deep inside his chest. His eyes were like a total eclipse - masked, murky, malady. His smile didn't even exist, but was instead a frowning shape, causing several double chins to emerge from nowhere. He didn't move at all. Until...

ACHOO!

Both of them froze, each one freezing for a different reason. Gavin froze out of relief. That sneeze didn't hurt nearly as bad as he had originally suspected. However, Carter, the poor RK900, froze out of disbelief.

It was as if everything had happened so quickly. A loud sound, followed by a projectile, followed by the collapsing of his house. He stared in shock where his house of cards had once stood. Nobody had ever seen happiness drain so fast from someone's eyes, but here Carter was, empty of any more happiness.

"Oh, my bad about your house of cards," Gavin generally felt bad, and what turned into a trip to congratulate turned into a trip of disaster.

Carter's hanging head snapped towards the human, who had become a lot nicer to him due to his position being threatened several times, "You sneezed and blew down my house of cards," the RK900's LED flashed from red to yellow back to red as he stood up, "you have three seconds to run."

The tone in the android's voice was all Gavin needed to haul ass, running as fast as he humanly could towards the front doors of the department.
