Your feet swung back and forth as you sat in the chair, facing the two male androids. It seemed like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time last night. The scenario replayed over and over in your head.

"So, what were you doing at Rouge Park last night?" The first one to speak was the softer looking one, his eyes a deep brown color. They almost reminded you of a puppy.

"I was with my android, his name is Alex. I miss him. He was my best friend. He would push me on the swings super high!" To exaggerate, your small hands made gestures like pushing and throwing your arms up in the air.

"But what were you doing there?" The slightly more intimidating android spoke harshly, his gray eyes seemed to burrow into your soul.

"We were on the playground and we were on our way home when a big scary man ran by tried to grab me. All Alex did was protect me. Why are you after him?" Your wide eyes beamed up at the two androids, who looked at each other with thin pressed lips.

"Your android murdered a man, kiddo. If you were studying and not at the damn park you would know that murder is illegal." A new man appeared behind the two identical men. From looking at him, he doesn't appear an android. No, he wasn't an android. He wore no LED and no appropriate attire. He was human.

"He was protecting me!" You screamed back, bawling your hands up into tiny fists.

"It still doesn't help the fact that he's going to be ripped apart. Piece...by...piece, until every little bit of him is nothing but dust." Waterworks. That's all that happened afterwards. Tears came out like water from a sprinkler.

"Detective Reed, I don't believe this is the best approach to question a child." The puppy-like android stood up and was facing the human, who you had gathered to be Detective Reed. The once soft looking android was now in the detectives face.

"Get outta my face you fucking piece of plastic. It's not like two synthetic bitches were doing any better. Look at the kid, he's a snot nosed brat!" This time, the more stern android stood up and pushed at the chest of the detective.

"I believe that is enough detective. Please leave us to the questioning. We were getting the correct information before you came alo-"

"Listen kid, no matter what these two assholes tell you, your precious little robot buddy is going to die. And I hope I have the pleasure of doing it. Ripping out his heart an-"

Detective Reed didn't get to finish his sentence before the RK900 grabbed his collar and dragged him out of the room. The RK800 looked panicked before rushing out of the room and grabbing an older man, "Lieutenant Anderson, I apologize for throwing you in here without context, but my newer model and I must attend to some business with a colleague. Please watch the child."

And with that, you were left with the old man, who mumbled about Reed 'getting what he had coming to him.' Several chaotic sounds came from the hallway, but the old man talked to you enough that you barely heard them.

"We are back, thank you Lieutenant for your help." The two male androids stepped back into the room, the nicer one thanking the old man as he walked out of the room. The inexpressive android had blood on his knuckles, something you shook off as the RK800 began to speak again.

He adjusted his tie back to its original position, sat back down in his chair, and sighed, "I promise we won't let the mean guy back inside the room, okay?"

You gently nod, holding onto the fabric of your pants as you glanced over the two androids, disheveled yet unbothered. "Alright, but, will he actually hurt Alex?"
