-Ryder Rivers-
The Lion King was playing on the Tv as we ate our pizzas. I take a bite out of my pineapple pizza and enjoy the film. I don't know why people don't like pineapple pizza, the sweet and the salty go well together.
The front door slams shut as I see Harley running to her bedroom slamming it shut with as much force. Dustin starts to get up to check up on her.
"Don't worry, I'll go." I offer, Dustin nods and tells me he has to go to The Beat with Tom.I smile and walk up the stairs. I hear sniffles on the other side of the door and knock on it.
She tells me to come in, so I do.
"Ryder." She looks up at me, her eyes were red and swollen. She'd been crying, though she'd never admit it. "What are you doing here?"
"Who hurt you?" I didn't bother replying to her question, someone had hurt her and that was enough to make me furious. She opens her mouth to speak. "Don't deny it, you've been crying."
She shuts her mouth and sits on her bed, I join her.
"Josh told me he loved me and when I told him I didn't, he threatened to kill you." She was crying because a dickhead threatened to kill me? Why was she so worried about me?
"I'll be fine. Don't worry about me, shortcake." Something told me she wasn't crying just because of that. "What else is wrong?"
"When he told me he loved me, it reminded me of James and the first time he'd told me he loved me." Tears start to form on the brim of her eyes as she tried to fight them back but failed. I pulled her into a hug and that made her cry even more, I could feel my shirt being soaked in her tears and I didn't even care.
She gripped me tighter as she hiccuped, releasing every little ounce of tears she had. I stroked her soft hair as she started to calm down.
She looked up at me, gently.
"Im so sorry, I got your shirt wet." She pulled away from the hug and wiped her tears before heading to her drawers. "Here." She hands me the hoodie I lent her a couple months ago. I smile slightly.
"You keep it. You look better in it than I do." I smile at her and her eyes widen.
"You smiled." I look at her confused. "You never smile at me, it's either you smirk or you chuckle." She sits back down.
It's true, I never smile. I had found my self smiling when I was talking to Hunter and I scared myself. She looks up at me with her gorgeous brown eyes that I had found my self looking at quite a lot, recently.
I've fallen for her...
She bites her lips, instantly my eyes went to her lips rather than her eyes.
"Fuck." I muttered, my eyes still fixed on her lips but I managed to look away.
She pulls my face towards her so that I was looking at her again.
"Kiss me." She whispered as her eyes examined my face. I bit my lip, I wanted to kiss her but should I? I examined her face as well, her brown eyes looked into mine, her plump lips were lightly coated in chapstick, her dark hair fell slightly against her face, defining it. "Please."
I pull her closer to me as I placed my lips on hers, softly. Strawberry. Her chapstick tasted like strawberries. The kiss was soft and gentle, I didn't want to rush, we didn't need to rush.
My hands travelled to her waist as her right hand stays on my cheek, whereas her left rests on my shoulder. We part for a second before placing our lips together again. She straddles me, not breaking the kiss as she moans softly.
She breaks apart the kiss just to remove my shirt, giving me serious déjà vou. She starts to take her shirt off but I stop her once more.
"Please, I want this" I nod, hesitantly. My mind was screaming for me to stop but I wanted to do this as much as she did.
She takes off her shirt and I just lean back, appreciating the view. Her stomach wasn't perfectly flat, her arms weren't perfectly thin but I loved it.
She pushes me down onto the bed as she kisses me again, this time she kisses my neck. I bite my lip, holding back a moan but fail miserably. I feel her smirk against the bare skin of my inked neck.
Flipping her over, I start to take control. I leave a trail of kisses on her stomach as she pulls my head up. She takes off her leggings leaving her in her lingerie off, wrapping her legs around my waist.
For a minute, we just look at each other, not saying or doing anything. Her brown eyes stare into mine blue ones as she placed her hands on my cheeks, gently stroking them with her thumbs.
How am I supposed to maintain self control, when she's giving me the whole fucking zoo in my stomach?
Her hands tangle in my hair, tugging on it slightly as she bites and sucks on my neck.
"Are you sure you want this?" I manage to get out, as I breathe heavily.
"I'm sure." She whispers with a smile, I take off my jeans and then everything went smoothly from there.

We look up to the ceiling as we're wrapped up in Harley's blankets, still completely naked. She was cuddled onto my side, tracing the ink on my skin. Everything was silent, but it was a comfortable silence as we just laid down, relaxing.
My arm was around her waist, pulling her closer to me. She looks up at me and I look down at her. We had school tomorrow but I didn't want to leave her side, I wanted to stay cuddled into her forever.
"Can you stay here with me, tonight?" Moments like these, make me question whether she can read my mind. I smile down at her and nod.
"Of course." She smiles in return as I remember what Hunter told me.
I believe you can be the one to change her.
Was he right? I mean, until today, she had never cried so hysterically in front of anyone. She'd opened up to me so quickly when she doesn't even do that with her brother. She had confessed she was scared for my safety because dickhead, Joshua, had threatened to kill me.
Harley West was scared.
"What's on your mind?" She says as she continues to trace the uncountable amount of ink on my chest.
"You are, shortcake." I look down at her and smile once more.
I hover over her as she giggles, placing her hands on my shoulders. I lean down and place a kiss on her lips. She makes me confused, she makes me want to become a better person.
"We should get some sleep, we have school tomorrow." She nods with a smile on her face. She cuddles into my side again as my hands go back to her waist.
"Goodnight, shortcake." I whisper.
"Goodnight, Ryder." I place a kiss on her forehead as she cuddles closer to me.
I think Hunter was mistaken. I think she's the one who's changing me, not the other way around.
