                               -Harley West-

Was he being serious? He just got beaten up...again and all he does is ask me out on a date. I met him yesterday.

Molly, Dustin and Tom had their mouths wide open in shock. The golden boy doesn't date. Dustin's face soon turned into anger... why are brothers so overprotective?

"She is not going on a date with you!" Excuse me! Who does Dustin think he is? I am so going on that date, Dustin can't control my life.

"Does six sound fine?" I smile at Josh and he nods politely, I give him my address and my brother looks more annoyed than he already was but I didn't care. I wasn't going to let him rule over my life.

After that we say our goodbyes and get out of the library going to our final lesson of the day.

—————-

"Mom! Dad!" Dustin's shouts, piercing across the entire house.

"What Dustin?" My mom and dad walk into the living room where me and Dustin were in.

"Harley is going on a date!" What a snake. I'm going to kill him! My moms eyes lit up along with her smile, my dad however furrowed his eyebrows in anger.

"No she isn't!" I'm still going even if my dad doesn't allow it. I needed to get back at Dustin so that he would stop trying to control my life.

"Hunter! Don't you remember she was our age when you asked me out on a date!" My mom defends me all I see is my dad scrunch his nose and clench his jaw but he nods.

I had a few hours to spare so I go to our house gym and practice boxing for a little bit, something my dad had taught me and Dustin from a young age.

                      -Joshua Evergreen-

"Welcome, you must be Harley's date, am I right?" A young looking woman comes to the door, she looked like an older version of Harley. I nod politely and she tells me to go inside, which I do. "I'm Harley's mom, Madeline West." She smiles at me as a man around her age comes in. Damn! He's scary.

"Harley is at the gym downstairs." Mrs West smiles as she points me into the direction. I thank her before going downstairs and I hear grunting.

I open the double doors where the grunting came from and there she was, punching the boxing bag with no gloves on. The punching bag was covered with blood as was here fists. The blood had splattered against her sports bra and he leggings, her flawless figure showing off all the hard work she'd took to achieve it.

"Hey." I decided to interrupt her workout because I was feeling anxious about our date and I wanted it to commence.

"Oh my god! I'm so sorry, I must have lost track of time!" She turns around to face me as blood drips from her fists. I furrow my eyebrows and she instantly gets that I was worried. "Im fine, I promise. I need to shower quickly and get ready, go up to my brothers room and play video games with him and Tom whilst I get ready, I won't take long."

I agree as she tells me how to get to her brothers room, once she finishes I jog upstairs and knock on Dustin's door.

After a couple seconds the door opens.

"Joshua Evergreen. What do you want?" His voice was full of anger and disgust.

"Your sister told me to come up here. I know you don't like me but do this for your sister not for me." He rolls his eyes and tells me to get in as he throws me an Xbox controller. We started playing with Tom as well.

                             -Harley West-

I'd finished my shower and now I was digging through my closet to find something decent, then it dawned on me. I had no clue where we are going so I texted him.

Me- Hey, i don't know what to wear, where are we going

Josh- a swim suit, wear a swim suit, you'll need it.

Me- ok, thanks :)

I grab a red bikini and put it on along with a pair of white, ripped, high waisted shorts and a black tank top. I didn't bother with putting on makeup since I would be going in water and my hair was just in a pony tail.

Josh- I'm downstairs, your brother kicked me out of his room because I was beating him in a game :p

I laugh at the text and make my way downstairs into the living room where my dad was interrogating Josh.

"Hunter! Stop being so fussy, he's not going to kill her. And you know very well that if he were to kill her she knows how to defend herself." My mom punched dad on the shoulder gently as a warning.

"I'm just saying, if you dare hurt as much of a hair on her...I will hunt you down." Oh my god! Way to be a drama queen, dad.

"Dad, chill. He's a good friend from school, I trust him."...I wouldn't say good friend, we met yesterday and I wouldn't say I trust him either...not yet at least but I would say anything to get my dad off mine and Josh's back.

"I'm sorry, angel. I just don't want my baby girl to get hurt, that's all." I hug my dad and tell him not to worry as we say goodbye before Josh and I go out.

We drive for around half an hour before we reach the beach. I thought it would end here but...nope, there's more.

"You like her?" Josh says pointing at the porcelain white yacht that stood in front of me in the ocean. I couldn't think of the right words so all I do is nod, dumbfounded.

I knew that Josh had to be of the higher class since he and his family were at the charity event yesterday and one of Axels business partners but I didn't expect him to have his own yacht.

I'm not the kind of person to run to someone because they have a shit ton of money...purely because I don't think money brings you happiness.

"Ready to go abroad on the SS. Evergreen?"
