Finn's POV:
I missed her so much.
I was in Canada now. So far away from her.
I missed my own bed, and all my friends.
I left her my favourite guitar, and my flannel pullover. I hoped it fit her, but not just right, just a little too big. I wondered what she was doing right now? Fuck, I needed to hold her.
I grasped my pillow, pretending it was her, and I was in my own bed with cigarettes plastered all over my carpeted floor, and my window open by a crack, and my door locked, and the sun wasn't up yet. I took my protein pills and gulped it down with a nasty glass of water._
I missed Finn so much.
I wondered what he thought of when he saw me for the first time at that party? Or when he first brought me into that closet, and we kissed for the first time.
I stared blankly at the wall in our room, lying on the bed motionless. I lay in everything black that I owned and brought along with me. I didn't want to speak but of course, Noah stepped in the room. "Millie? What are you.." He trailed off. I hummed in response. Noah brushed his hair out of his eyes and huffed. "Did you talk to him again the other night." Noah asked flatly, making my eyes open. "he said he needs me," I finally turned my body around, facing Noah. "I know it gets harder every day Millie." Noah said, sitting next to me. "And not just because you're.." he stopped himself. "Different. Because he's gone." Noah was right. "I think you just need to make a choice." He said. "And, you think I should make a good choice?" I said in a small tone. "Yes, yes I do." He agreed, as I lay my head in the crook of his neck. "We named a star Bruce!" I let out quietly. "Huh?" Noah said. I covered his lips with my index finger. "Shhh, don't ruin the moment." I closed my eyes again as we both just sat there in silence.

Today I went back to my support group.
We sat cross legged in a circle on the floor. I sat beside Daniel, who I haven't seen in forever. "Alright guys settle down." Jim began. Jim was the leader of the group. He had to be no more than twenty five, but he was pretty nice. "Now. This may sound weird, and different, but I want you all to see how long it can take for each one of you to cry." He said, preparing himself. "Ah Millie, good to see you back with us." He smiled, making me smirk. I shifted my butt a little, getting ready to cry. This was one of the weirdest things I've done in a long time. I frowned, looking around seeing no one was crying yet. I then turn to my left, seeing Daniel, with tears streaming down his pale face like a river. "S-Sorry." The boy stuttered. I tried not to laugh but it was hard because of how funny it was. "Daniel, you are the winner!" Jim stood up clapping. Daniel sat there with his eyes wide and confused at what just happened. I clapped quickly and grinned at him. Jim tossed the boy a Snickers bar as his reward.
Once the session ended, Daniel galloped outside behind me. "Hey." He chuckled. "Oh, hey." I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear like usual. "Wanna share?" He showed me the unopened chocolate bar. "Sure." I shrugged.
We sat on the concrete edge attached to the building like we always did. I finished my last bite, dusting my hands off, allowing the crumbs to fall to the grass below. "So," He nudged my shoulder. "Have you made your decision yet?" He flipped his hair. "Um," I was truly gonna say no, but I just couldn't. "Yeah." I nodded confidently, making Daniel grin back at me. He was strange I'll tell you that, but he was also kind, caring, and awkward in a funny way. It was like Noah's twin in a way.

I took Eliot for his evening walk.
He was basically a cat. He never moved, he was lazy, never barked, licked everything and everyone, and he purred time to time. I swear he was a cat in a dog's body. I passed by Finn's house, making me pout. Mister Wolfhard was watching TV like usual, smoking a pipe. I waved, but he didn't see me. I continued walking, kicking tiny stones around on the sidewalk.
"Hey I'm back," I called out, tossing Eliot's leash on the coffee table. Noah was reading like usual. "Hey you asshole." Noah's regular routine of greeting me when I came home. "Some more mail came for-" before Noah could finish talking, I rushed over to the bed where he lay the pile of mail down, searching for one from Finn.
There was nothing from Finn.
I pouted as I looked at the last letter. But soon brightened at the sight of the name Art School.
I jumped on the bed, dancing around Noah. "Millie what the hell? Are you drunk?" He kicked me out of the way of the TV. "It's from the Art school of New Jersey!" I squealed. "Holy shit." Noah put down his book, running over to me. I opened it carefully....have been ACCEPTED into...
Was all I read, not bothering to read the whole thing. I jumped for joy as Noah hugged me. "Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!" I said over and over. "Wait." I stopped jumping, realizing that it was only half an hour away. "It's only half an hour away!" I panicked, shaking Noah like a rag doll. "Millie!" He held my shoulders, stopping me. "It's fine." He finished. "No! It's half an out a way! And that's only by car!" I slumped onto the bed face down doing a belly flop. "Millie you can't complain now. You're too young anyways." Noah lay back down, picking up his book. "Jee thanks." I rolled my eyes at him. "But I'm very proud of you." He winked.
