Chapter 43: Tears

JUNGKOOK POV

"I- I'll just be in my room..."

she said walking like a zombie to her room. I dropped my body on to the sofa and sighed. She went quiet while coming back to the apartment.

Just looked out of the window and didn't joined the other activities.

I didn't know what to do after calming her down. I just took out my phone out of my pocket and called my hyungs.

"Hello? Jungkook... anything wrong?"

Namjoon hyung said as he answered first.

"Yeah, you suddenly called us? you guys okay?"

Followed by Hoseok hyung's voice.

"I don't know, how to tell this to you guys.."

"Why? something happened to Naeun?!"

"Yo Jimin calm down let kookie speak."

"I don't even know if it's good news or bad."

"Why?"

They all said in unison.

"Naeun,.... saw her father."

There was silence at the other line.

"Where is she now?"

Hosoek hyung asked.

"Right now she's in her room."

Then Namjoon hyung sighed.

"Well, Jungkook we can't help by now but.... please just watch her."

"Okay hyung.."

"Jungkook-ah just call us of anything goes wrong."

After Jimin hyung said that they hang up.

I putted down my phone to the couch. I didn't even realize the sun has already came down.

I was hesitating to knock to her door or not.

But I did.

"Naeun? do you want to eat dinner?"

No response.

I left and just ordered Chinese food through my phone.

I waited till the delivery arrive.

I payed and set them on the table.

I kept looking at her door waiting for her to come out.

"Naeun, I bought food, wanna eat with me?"

"Not hungry..."

She said with a low voice.

"You sure?"

"hmmm"

"Naeun Just come out and-"

"Jungkook! Just leave alone!"

I was stuck infront of her door.

She just raised her voice at me?

Why does my chest hurt?

I slowly walk away and hid the food in the fridge.

Then Jimin hyung texted on my phone.

"Jungkook, we and manager hyung kinda talked about what you said earlier. So we decided to take you guys home by tomorrow morning. I will fetch you guys there with Manager hyung. Better tell Naeun. And take care."
