Chapter 35

*An hour later*

Cher came into my room and woke me up.

“C'mon sleepy head it’s time to wake up.”

“10 more minutes!” I moaned then I pulled the duvet over my head.

“No we have a very busy day. Oh and you just got a text through.”

I quickly sat up, grabbed my phone from Cher, I read the text and blushed. It said ‘Good morning beautiful. I hope you got some sleep because I didn’t. see you in a bit xxx.’ I giggled and blushed.

“Who is it?” Cher asked.

“No one…”

“Em you are blushing. It’s a boy isn’t it?”

“Noooo…I lied.

“You liar! Who is he and what is his name? I want to know!”

“I'm not telling you yet. Anyway I have got a set list idea for us.”

“Let’s have a look after you get dressed and while we have breakfast.”

“I am gonna jump in the shower quickly then I will come down. Hopefully a shower will wake me up because I only had about an hours sleep.”

“Ok see you downstairs in a few.” Cher got up and left my room. I got out of bed, grabbed my phone and went into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and called Jack. He picked up quickly.

“Hey Em.”

“Hi handsome.”

“How did you sleep?”

“I went to sleep just after talking to you.”

“I'm glad you got some sleep. I'm turning up to my first day of my job with no sleep and I am in love with one of my bosses even though I only met you yesterday.”

“Well I'm in love with my new assistant. Mom knows I was up most of the night but not why and she thinks I'm in the shower right now.”

“You should probably go have a shower then because I'm gonna see you in just over an hour.”

“That’s IF mom is running on time which she almost never is.”

“Well I will be waiting for you, the most beautiful girl in the world.”

“You are going to see me for the first time as a normal person to day. No makeup, no jewelry, no fancy hair, just plain normal me.”

“I know you are even more beautiful without makeup.”

“And how do you know this?” I asked with a slight sarcastic tone.

“Facebook.”

“Stalker! Just kidding. I really need to have a shower now so I will see you in a bit.”

“Ok Bye. I love you.” That put me in total shock.

“I…I…love you.” I have never said that to a guy before.

“See you later sweetheart.” And with that said he hung up. I was left in total shock. I got in the shower and I washed my hair and body while thinking of Jack. I loved him so much it hurt. I was just worried because my last relationship ended in disaster. By the time I got out of the shower it was 7:30 as I was only in the shower for just over 5 minutes. It took 10 minutes to get dressed so by the time I was dressed and ready it was 7:45. I went downstairs and found Rob on the couch with Cher on top of him, they were making out.

“I swear next time I walk in on you two you will be doing more than kissing!” I said.

“You shouldn’t take so long in the shower then!” Cher then got off Rob. “What were you doing in there? Talking to your boyfriend?” Cher said jokingly. I blushed. “Oh my god you have a boyfriend!”

“I don’t have a boyfriend.”

“Who was it then?”

“It was just a friend. Anyway you wanted to look at my set list idea?”

“Yes I did.” I then showed Cher my set list. “You can sing Defying gravity if I can sing main man between couldn’t of said it better and You haven't seen the last of me because the last time I sang main man live my handsome now soon-to-be husband was at the edge of the stage.” Cher kissed Rob gently.

“Ok thanks mom. I'm gonna get some food for breakfast quickly then we should go so we are actually on time today.” I said walking towards the kitchen.

“Why are you so desperate to be on time?”

“Because the quicker we go to the studio, the quicker I can sleep.”

“Alright.” I went into the kitchen and had some breakfast. I put on some lip gloss then walked back into the living room where Rob sat with his hands wrapped around Cher's waist and Cher was sat on her phone.

“Hmmmmm…Creeping on twitter?” I said.

“Yep. Are you ready to go?” Cher asked.

“Yes I am.” We all then left the house and got in Cher’s car. I quickly texted Jack saying ‘We are on our way to the studio. See you in 15 mins xxxx.’
