Luminga linga ako sa paligid, madilim na at may kalamigan ang simoy ng hangin, halos walang tunong akong naglakad sa pasilyo ng mansyon--- papunta iyon sa sikretong daan na ako at si papa at mama lang ang nakakaalam--- iyon ay papunta sa likod ng mansyon--- naroon ang abandonadong hardin.

Maaga ako ng tatlumpung-minuto kaysa kay Olivia's Curse.

Ano kaya ang magiging reaksyon nya? Siya ang pangunahin kong pag-asa, sya ang unang hakbang para mabawi ko ang aking mate mula kay Anito. Sana naman ay hindi sya tumanggi sa naisip kong plano.

Hindi nagtagal ay nakarating na rin ako sa aming hardin

Umupo ako sa upuang kahoy na nababalutan ng lumot, hindi alintana kung madumihan man ang aking kasuotan.

Pagkaraan ng ilang minutong paghihintay, nakarinig ako ng kaluskos--- mga yabag ng paa, agad kong inalerto ang sarili ko.

Unti-unting lumitaw ang pigura ng isang babae--- it's Olivia's Curse.

She held an expression less face, which did not bother me that much, patuloy syang naglakad hanggang makarating sya sa harapan ko.

Tiningala ko sya, unti-unti akong tumayo.

Siya ang unang nagsalita. "So she's your mate?" Pambungad nyang tanong sa akin, tumango ako bilang tugon.

"She's held captive here, I need to free her... I need to be with my mate, or help me god I will lose my sanity--- hangga't wala pa sya sa tabi ko at hindi ko alam kung anong kalagayan niya."  Seryoso kong paliwanag sa kanya, tumango-tango sya.

"Are you sure it's okay to talk about 'this' here?"  Medyo nagaalangan nyang tanong.

There's a reason why Anito neglected to beautify this place, and that's the only genuine weakness I know of him. Bukod kasi sa espesiyal ang lugar na ito sa magulang namin... espesiyal din ang lugar na ito sa mate nya. The painful experience that involved his mate made him into a ruthless, merciless and heartless douché bag.

A lot of people think that he hasn't found his mate yet, they kept it a secret relationship--- that is why.

Nagawa nyang pabayaan ang lugar na ito, sa tingin ko ay dahil gusto nyang makalimutan ang mga masasakit na alaalang nangyari dito.

"Trust me, it's totally okay." I answered and I smiled reassuringly at her.

"What kind of help do you want from me?" I looked into her eyes while she was saying this, at wala akong nakitang bahid ng alinlangan doon.

"How can you prove to me that I can trust you first?" I skeptically asked her, you can not blame me. Buhay ng mate ko ang nakasalalay dito.

She looked like she was thinking for an answer and then I don't know why--- the apple of her cheeks started turning pink. What's up with this girl? Did I say something wrong that could possibly make her blush like that?

This girl confuses me. Well generally speaking... girls are indeed confusing.

But I quickly brushed off that thought, there's a serious matter on hand--- that's where I need to focus.

"I'm also held captive here, I despise Anito, is that a good enough reason?" 

Tumango-tango ako, I guess that's good enough reason.

"So.. I guess it's settled then, state your plan--- Alpha."

I heaved a sigh. "I want you to apply as Astrid's personal body guard."

She looked at me like I've grown five heads.

"What?" She asked, she looked slightly annoyed, akala nya siguro ay hindi ako seryoso sa sinabi ko.

"That's the first step, kailangan mong magsilbing mga mata ko, at magagawa mo lang iyon kung malapit ka sa mate ko, being her bodygurad is the only thing I see fit for you to pretend as."

She rolled her eyes at me.

"And what makes you think that Anito will suddenly think that Astrid needs a bodyguard? Baka nakakalimutan mong hindi sya tinawag na Pugnator Mortiferum ng walang dahilan, atsaka kung kailangan man ng bodyguard ni Astrid, I doubt na ako kaagad ang maiisip ni Anito para sa trabahong iyon."  

I smirked at her, nakita kong 'tila lalo syang nainis, akala nya siguro ay papapuntahin ko sya dito ng walang nakahandang plano?

"Astrid is way too valuable for Anito to lose her, when her life is threatened, Anito will not hesitate to protect her." 

"So what are you trying to say?" Her eyes are not leaving mine.

"We will make a little scheme, make it seem like her life is in a very grave threat." I suggested.

"Pero lumalaban sya sa paligsahan, at hinahayaan lang sya ni Anito, doon kahit anong oras pwede syang matalo at mamatay. Satingin mo ba talaga ay may pakialam si Anito sa buhay ni Astrid?" Pagdadahilan ni Olivia's Curse.

"Yes, he's my brother-- trust me, I know him better than anyone, kampante sya dahil kontrolado nya ang palaro, kayang kaya nyang patigilin ito kapag tunay na nalagay sa panganib ang buhay ni Astrid, she's his first successful experiment, do you really think that he will let her perish just like that?" 

Well, there's just one thing that he did that I did not see coming. Pero sa pagkakataong ito, sugurado ako na someway somehow, he wouldn't let Astrid die, or atleast put her in a compromising situation where her life will be in danger. She's way too important for him, pinaghirapan nila ang pambihirang kalakasan na meron si Astrid, it's their blood and sweat at sigurado ako na malaki ang nagastos para lang maisagawa ang eksperimento, he wouldn't throw away anything like that, unless he's a damn fool.

"So what is the plan?"

I don't really want to do this, pero kung ito lang ang paraan para mabawi ko ang mate ko... gagawin ko.

"We'll make a threat, make her believe that her life is in danger."

Once again, she almost looked like she's about to flip her shit.

"What the fvck are you talking about? Ano nalang ang mararamdaman nya kapag ginawa mo iyon?"  She half yelled.

I know, I understand her reaction, pero ang importante sa akin ay walang mangyaring masama sa mate ko. It's not like we're really going to harm my mate or anything, it's just a scheme.

"Do you really want to help me?"

"You fool, I wouldn't be here right now if I don't." Then she rolled her eyes.

I smirked.

"Then learn to trust me and my plans."

She heaved a sigh.

"So what is this scheme that you're talking about?

---- and by the way... uhm---just call me by my real name, I don't really like the name that Anito gave me.. it makes me feel like a different person. I-its not me."

I nodded.

"What is it then?"

"Sienna, just call me Sienna."

I smiled. "Okay then."

Then I told her my plan, I just wish that everything will go on smoothly and accordingly.

But then again, life is not smooth and accord.
