I keep knocking on the glass and see how that scumbag Jaspers turns around and then starts beating Mike up again.
"Emma, it's pointless!" Chris said.
How can he say that? Bastard!
"It's pointless to look how Mike is being beaten up!" I screamed angrily. "Do you even understand that he can kill Mike?"
"Giving the fact it's definitely not their first 'brotherly bickering'," this bitch Kate said, "I think Mike will survive it. I wonder why Mike can't simmer his brother down? Seems like his okay with that kind of 'special' relationship."
Kate's words make me lose my temper.
"You bit..." I started saying, but realized that those were bad words and they were in my head, so I automatically slap myself in the face.
"I guess Emma Wilson's 'biggest quirk' is no secret now," she commented.
I look at Chris and boil over the fact that he pretends like nothing's happening! I try to pull myself together: I take a deep breath and say an inward prayer.
"I can't stand here and watch how Mike is being beaten up," I continued. "Jasper turned in our direction once which means he can hear us! Let's knock on that glass together then Mike will convince him that he's not alone here! Maybe it will help us get out of here."
"I doubt it," Kate thrust in a word again, slightly stroking her black jacket, "I think Ms. Ayama very thoughtfully planned our "mutual pastime" here."
Regardless of her words I started knocking on the glass again. Luckily, David and Miguel joined me. At least someone is willing to help!
