I saw Jasper disappearing at the corner of the room: when he was going out the screens opened before him and formed an aisle that closed right after him. Maybe there is something? Sure, Ayama has thought everything through, but any plan might go wrong so checking would do no harm!
"Mike? Mike?" silly Emma kept asking her half-boyfriend that was still lying on the floor.
I check the screens that form a corner and try to find a switch or something like that. I wonder if they can move.
"Don't come closer, Emma!" Mike shouted and then got up.
"It's okay, Mike, you're safe now," Emma maintained.
"Back off!" he raised his voice.
"What the hell?!" Chris scolded.
I heard Emma gave out a cry from behind and I instantly turned around: Mike was standing right in front of me with his fist directed at my face. A moment later everything kind of stopped.
"What have you done?!" Chris asked, his voice gradually fading. "What have you done, you sick psycho?!"
I hit myself on the corner of the room and felt a sharp pain in the back of the head and in my nose.
"Everything happens too fast," I thought at the last moment, before plunging into darkness.
