“Marriage?!” Elsa just about managed to choke out, her eyes widened in shock at the words that had just came from her little sisters mouth. “Anna, I don’t think that’s a good idea…”
“What?! Why?!” Anna interrupted angrily, looking into Elsa’s eyes intensely, everything except their voices was silent.
“Anna, you're only young, you hardly know this man and he hardly knows you. I refuse to agree to something that could so easily break your heart. I intend on looking after you Anna” Elsa raised her voice, her eyes not leaving Anna's as the silence around them was disrupted by the quiet sound of ice crackling up the walls.
“I don’t need looking after Elsa! I’m old enough to look after myself. If our parents were here they would agree. Don’t let the power get to your head Elsa, and how about you stop acting like you have a frozen heart for once.”
Elsa eyes quickly changed from rage to hurt. “My whole entire life has been wasted on protecting you, the only princess our ‘loving’ parents really loved, and now you're trying to tell me I'm acting cold. Excusing the pun.” Elsa said in a monotone voice, squeezing her hands into tight fists as the hallway grew colder and colder.
“What is so difficult about you being happy for me! I asked to be married. Is that not simple enough, or do you have to inflict pain and sadness on other people just because your suffering. Magical powers can’t be that hard to deal with. Get over it Elsa.” She shouted.
“Oh Anna. You have no idea. You have no idea about anything. You don’t know anything about me, or true love. Don’t act although you know what I am going through when you're the one who got away with having a normal life. Which is something I will never have.” Anna took a step closer to Elsa, trying not to let the temperature around her have a visible effect.
“Just because you can’t decide whether you actually love your husband or not.”
Elsa’s ice eyes pieced Anna’s. “Get married to your lover boy. But you will not be married in my kingdom.” She stated before turning around and walking away from Anna, Kristoff and Hans, walking towards her bedroom as fast as she could.
“You're a monster.” Anna screamed, running after the sister who seemed to be shutting her out once again.
Elsa let out a laugh through her anger. “Your right. But you’ve seen nothing yet.” She snarled, throwing her hand back, shooting ice back at the floor just in front of Anna’s feet making her stop in her tracks as ice spikes proceeded from the floor up, as high as Anna’s height, only just missing her face.
“Ask for a monster and you'll get one Anna” She stated, running up the stairs and into her room, slamming the door swiftly behind her.
Hans sprinted up the stairs towards their room, the sound of Anna's sobs echoing behind him. He banged his fist onto the snowflake patterned door. “Elsa! There is no need for this. There is no need for any of this. You don’t need to let your power take over your lovely personality. This isn’t the real you Elsa. Please think about what you're doing!”
The door slowly opened, revealing to Hans, his precious wife in a figure hugging ice gown which made her look more than incredible, but her eyes were dark, unrecognizable even, although every bit of warmth had been drained from her, just leaving an ice cold soul to stare back at Hans.
“No. Maybe it’s time for me to not put everyone else’s feelings before mine. I've done that for long enough, and apparently I am still a monster. Maybe if Anna wasn’t so desperate for love then it would be fine. None of this would have started.” Elsa shouted, her eyes welling up from the anger.
Hans took a step towards her so he was now standing in the door way meaning she could no longer shut him out. “Hey, Hey, don’t cry. Just try and calm down, a lot has happened today and I know you're under a lot of stress, but don’t hurt me, Kristoff, or most importantly Anna. She cares about you just like you care about her, Sisters are meant to get into fights. But you don’t need to remove her from her own kingdom! She’s the princess of Arendelle remember.”
An Evil laughter erupted from her mouth. "Oh Hans, you do amuse me sometimes. She may be the princess. But I'm The Queen of Arendelle. The Snow Queen of Arendelle. The evil snow Queen of Arendelle.”
