While Frank and Karie were recapping on what they know so far in the case, Hannah came by and shows Frank a picture of Derek Stone dealing drugs to an unknown patron. Surprised by what he saw, Frank took the photo from Hannah and said in shock, "This is amazing! Where did you even get this picture Hannah?"

"I found while I was browsing through Becky's Friendnet account and she uploaded shortly before she was killed," Hannah told them.

Marie also saw the picture and said while staring at it in awe, "So, our victim took photos of Derek while he was selling drugs, huh? It looks like we just found his murder motive and I think it's high time we go and talk to that scumbag! We should also check out the Little Mermaid club one more time since Derek was doing his dealings there!"

Frank nodded in agreement with Marie's plan and said, "Besides, I could use a drink anyway!"

However, Chief Marquez heard his words and she shouted out in anger, "FRANK!"

Frank then laughed sheepishly and told the chief that he was just joking and then he grabbed Marie's hand and they left the office quickly before he could get a talking to. Before they could explore the club one last time, Frank and Marie chose to confront Derek first about his drug exchange. As soon as they were in front of the man, Marie crossed her arms, looked at Derek sternly and said, "Derek, we've seen the pictures of you selling drugs in the Little Mermaid club. And guess what, the pictures were taken by Becky herself!"

Derek then put on an innocent look and said innocently, "What drugs? I wasn't selling drugs. I was selling baking soda."

Not buying what he was saying, Frank asked, "Baking soda, really? You sell baking soda in little plastic baggies?"

Derek nodded and said to the two officers, "The guy I was selling it to wanted to bake mini cupcakes. And who was I to refuse?"

Not wanting to buy anymore of Derek's words, Frank yelled at him angrily, "All right Derek! You better stop with the jokes!"

"Or what?! I ain't stupid you know and that picture isn't enough to arrest me! Besides, there isn't even an eyewitness to prove anything," Derek said with an annoyed tone.

Not wanting to hear anymore like Frank, Marie said in a stern tone, "The eyewitness is dead jackass and you very well know that! Now you better tell us everything you did that night, starting right now!"

Derek then put on an innocent look again and he said to Marie with a sarcastic sweet tone, "I'm so sorry sweetheart, but I drank way too many Freeze Zones that night. I can't seem to remember a single darn thing."

Frank furrowed his eyes at the man and said to him sternly, "That's right Derek, keep playing dumb! But one of these days, we'll get you and you won't be so smart once we put you behind bars!"

As soon as they walked away from Derek, Marie looked at Frank and said to him, "Now I know why you want to arrest him so badly. That guy is a total creep!"

Frank agreed with Marie's choice of words and he said to her, "He sure is! I so can't wait to slam the book on that guy!"

Frank then looked at Marie and thought to himself, I also don't want a sweet thing like you to be tangled up with him if we ever do catch him. Soon, the two officers started to look around the club for clues until Marie found a portable printer by one of the tables and judging by the stickers, it clearly must've belonged to Becky. Unfortunately, it was locked, but Marie knew she had the hacking skills to unlock it. She also found a lifeguard T-shirt that must've belonged to Zack, which clearly made some sense in Frank's mind; not that they've seen him wearing it.

Marie saw a stain on the shirt and knew that she didn't need Frank's encouragement to collect it. She also knew that since Zack's shirt was at the club, it clearly meant that he came to enjoy a night of electronic music. The first thing Marie did was decode the password to the portable printer and after a few tries, she finally found the right one and after it unlocked, it started to print something out.
