While Amy and Marie were reviewing the case, Peggy Pascal ran into the office with a scared and panicked look and she told the two female officers that the military was after her because they knew that she knew about the weather controlling machine like they came after Theo. Confused and surprised by what she heard, Marie asked, "Get yourself together Ms. Pascal! Are you seriously implying that Theo was killed by the army?!"

Peggy nodded and said, "Yes! I'm not crazy about this! I know the weather machine exists and these hurricanes are manmade by the army!"

Amy chuckled nervously and said, "What you're saying doesn't make sense. Why would the army create hurricanes? Why don't you go find a place to sit and calm down and then we can talk about this like reasonable people?"

It was then that Peggy got angry and she looked at Marie and exclaimed, "I just knew it! You're protecting the military, aren't you Miss Marie?! I've seen you talking to that colonel!"

Not wanting to take what she was saying, Marie exclaimed to the woman, "You're out of line Peggy Pascal! Now go sit down and we'll talk to you later!"

Peggy let out a snort and she went to the interrogation room to wait. After Peggy left, Amy let out a sigh and said, "What a character! Then again, Peggy could be playing the crazy card to distract us."

Marie placed a hand on Amy's shoulder and said, "Well, we have no time to be distracted because we're still missing some clues that'll help us solve this. Maybe we'll find them by retracing our steps and I think we should head back to the pharmacy to find them!"

Before they could talk to Peggy about the weather machine, Marie and Amy headed to the pharmacy to look for more clues. As soon as they got there, the two female officers looked around until Marie found a strange looking electronic device and it seemed like it was locked. Amy also saw it and knew she can unlock it and get the good stuff they needed. Marie also found a stack of money with a note for their victim on it, but it was faded.

The first clue Marie looked at was the electronic device and she pressed the buttons on it until she found the right code and it unlocked. Once it was unlocked, Marie and Amy looked and saw that it was a GPS but they couldn't see the screen. Marie then suggested that they send the faulty equipment to Hannah so she can look at it. Once Marie sent the GPS to Hannah, she brushed her powder over the faded note so she could get more information from it until the writing became visible.

As soon as she did that, Marie and Amy saw that the note said, 'Theo, here's all the money I could get! Dinah.' Surprised and shocked by what they read, Amy exclaimed, "Dinah wanted to give this money to Theo?! But why??"

Marie shrugged and said, "I don't know, but we need to talk to Dinah about this!" And Amy agreed.

At the club, Marie and Amy met with Dinah just as she was finishing gathering up her supplies and Marie showed her the stack of money she found. When Marie asked if she owed the money to Theo, Dinah rolled her eyes as soon as she saw it and she said, "So you found it, did you Miss Marie? And to answer your question, yes, I did give that money to Theo. But you must understand! My son Louie as asthma and he could die at any moment without an inhaler, but getting a prescription is too expensive!

"I begged Theo to give Louie some of the medicine he stole, but that good for nothing rat wouldn't even help my baby and he said that I had to pay for it! I was desperate to help Louie, so I picked up extra shifts at the bar to make more money. But when I did pay, Theo hiked up the price and I couldn't afford it! All I have in the house right now is insect repellent and that might help prevent malaria, but it won't do jack for my Louie's asthma!"

After their talk with Dinah, Amy and Marie were heading towards the door, when Amy started to cry sadly and said, "Poor Dinah! It must be nerve wracking not being able to get medicine for your own child! And Theo making her pay for it! How cruel!"
