As Frank and Marie were reviewing the case, Hannah ran up to them in a panic and told them that the leader of Inner Chaos, Fredo Mancini, was at their victim's, Angus O'Brian's, church and he was planning to burn it down to mark the beginning of the revolution. Shocked by the news, Frank clenched his teeth in anger and exclaimed, "What?! Somebody's got to explain to that lunatic that anarchism isn't just about burning everything to the ground!" And soon, Marie and Frank ran out of the station to stop Fredo before he hurts anyone.

At the church, people were gathered around when they saw Fredo standing before the church with a Molotov cocktail in his hand. Fredo then shouted out to the people, "People of Inner City! You have been brainwashed by the capitalist state! So let's send them a message that we've had enough! Let's burn it all down together!"

Just as Fredo was about to throw the flaming bottle to the church much to the crowd's horror, Marie ran through the crowd and Frank soon joined her and they both had their guns drawn towards him. Frank then exclaimed to the man, "You're not burning anything today Mancini!"

Fredo smirked at the two officers and he said, "You think you pigs can stop me?! I refuse to obey your rules!"

Getting red in the face, Marie exclaimed to him, "Time to change tactics then! Put down the Molotov cocktail or the only fire you'll be coming in contact with is on your own funeral pyre!"

Seeing that they weren't joining, Fredo dropped the flaming bottle, lifted his hands up and he said as he was surrendering, "Okay okay, you win! But know this! Until I have completed my mission, my life is more important than this church!" And he held his wrists out signaling that he's ready to be arrested, which Marie did as she placed his hands behind his back.

As Marie was arresting Fredo, Frank said with a smirk, "Spin it any way you want it Mancini, you're still coward!"

Marie then said, "I'd say we lock this guy up and throw away the key!" And Frank agreed.

Back at the station, after Frank and Marie licked up Fredo in one of the detention cells, Frank let out a sigh and said, "Damn, I hate anarchists! We can either question Fredo now or keep him stewing in his cell while we go check out the fight club! Either way, it's your call Marie!"

Not wanting to talk to Fredo Mancini just yet, Marie decided to check out the fight club first. Once she and Frank got there, the two of them searched around the tables until Marie found a locked box and a torn photo. When Frank saw the torn photo, he he said, "I don't know why people systematically tear up their photos around these parts. It just makes you more curious about them."

Frank also thought when he saw the locked box that the box's lock is not gonna stop Marie from opening it. The first thing Marie did was find out the code to the box until she deciphered the right one. After the box was open, the two officers looked inside and saw an empty envelope was inside. Disappointed, Frank said, "That's a bit of an anti-climax."

Marie then knew instantly that since the envelope was in the box, it must be important. Before she could recover the writing, Marie got to work putting the torn photo back together until it was whole again. After that was done, Marie and Frank saw the photo was of Shelly Dulard and Frank tried to cover his eyes so the photo won't be seen by him. Marie saw there was a message in the corner of the photo and it said, 'For my Angus!'

When Marie showed Frank the message, his eyes went wide with shock and he said, "So, Shelly didn't just fight the victim in the tournament, she also fancied him?! Jesus! That woman is full of surprises and contradictions!"

Marie then said as she looked at the photo and it's message, "All this raises a million questions, so it just might be easier to go to Shelly and ask her about this directly!" And Frank highly agreed with what she said.
