As Frank and Marie were reviewing the case at the Thunderdome stadium's evacuation center, Russel came running in carrying Amy on his back and he begged for them to help him because Amy got attacked. Marie then got up from her cot and offered it to Russel so he can lay Amy down. Russel thanked Marie and set Amy down gently on the cot. After that was done, Frank knelt down to Amy's level and asked her, "Amy, are you alright?!"

Amy strained to open her eyes and she said as she groaned a little, "I...I think so. Thank god Russel found me!"

Marie looked down at her and asked, "What happened Amy?"

Amy looked up at Marie with half-lidded eyes and she said, "I was at the police station patrolling just in case the looters came back. I then heard a sound from behind me and then I turned around and before I knew it, I was knocked out."

"Did you see the person or persons who attacked you?" Marie asked.

Amy shook her head and said, "I think they were wearing a mask or something because I couldn't see there face. But I remembered what they said to me just before I passed out! They said, 'Tell Marie Holmes to drop the investigation into Scott Lee Allan's murder or else!'

After hearing that Amy's attacker wants Marie and Frank to drop the investigation, Marie said, "That can only mean one thing! Amy's attacker is Scott's killer!"

Marie then suggested that they go back to the station to check it out and Frank highly agreed. As they were heading out of the shelter, Marie looked back at Russel and said, "Russ, take care of Amy!"

Russel nodded and said, "You got it boss! And good luck!"

At the station, Marie and Frank started to search around a desk where the police files are kept until Marie found a plan of the crime scene, but the center was faded. She also found some broken gold pieces which she knew she must put back together. Marie also found a picture of their victim, but in it, he looked much younger. Marie also saw there was a kid in the picture too right next to the victim and she thought that he must be the victim's son.

Thinking that they face recognition software must still be working, Marie thought she can use it to see what the child looks like now. The first thing Marie did was put together the broken object until it was whole again. After she did that, Marie and Frank saw that the broken object was actually a mask. The two officers remembered Amy telling them that the killer wore a mask when they attacked her.

Frank then started to say, "Should we send the mask to the lab or..."

It was then that Russel appeared behind them and he said, "You could give it to me. I think there's a way we could use the mask to jog Amy's memory of the attack and see if she remembers something else about the killer."

Surprised to see Russel was there, Marie complied with what he said and she gave the mask to him. Marie then asked, "Can you really help Amy Russel?"

Russel smiled and said, "To tell you the truth, I've never actually done something like that before. So I'll need a few hours to read up on the technique. Don't worry Marie, I'll figure something out!"

Once Marie handed the mask to Russel, she looked around the wrecked desks until she found a computer that still works and she scanned the photo into it until it appeared on the screen. She soon looked at the kid's features with others kids until she found the right match. Once she was done, Marie and Frank looked at what the victim's son would look like now and Frank thought that he looked kind of familiar.

It was then that Marie got a thought, looked at Frank and said, "Hey Frank, imagine this man in a pink fluffy wig and makeup."

Confused by what she meant, Frank said, "What?! No offense Marie, but I think you've been hanging with freaks like Russel for too long!"
