While Marie and Amy were discussing the case, Becky came storming in all angry and complained to Marie that the STALKR award was all fake. It was then that Marie and Amy were starting to wonder who asked Becky to follow Susie and make an article about her. Becky then said in anger, "I'm telling you, it was all a lie! I've wasted days following Susie around and it was all for nothing!"
Marie then narrowed her eyes and asked the girl, "Becky, I need you to calm down, okay? What was a lie? And what happened to your STALKR award?"
Becky then did what Marie told her, took a deep breath and said, "It doesn't exist! Someone fiat out lied to me! I'll never become famous!" And she excused herself for a moment to go and rant on her Friendnet account."
As soon as Becky left, Marie started to think deeply and Amy asked her, "What are you thinking about Marie?"
"I'm thinking that we should have a talk with Becky as soon as she calms down a little. This whole thing is starting to sound suspicious and so does Becky," Marie said.
Amy nodded agreeing with Marie and then she started to think too and she asked, "Is there anything else we can do in the meantime to find new clues on Susie's murder?"
Marie then suggested that since Susie likes to train at the plaza they should go have another look and Amy agreed. As soon as they got to the plaza, the two female officers started to search around until Marie found a prop box that was full of instruments and juggling balls and she started to think that it might belong to Lenny Spitfire. She then got to work digging through the props until she pulled out a torn note among them.
Marie then got to work putting the note together until it was whole again and she, as well as Amy, saw that the note to Susie from Lenny and it said, 'Rather death than being apart!' After reading the note, Amy said, "I always thought Lenny was a little wacky, but now I'm worried that he's insane Marie! He said he never really talked to Susie and yet he was clearly madly in love with her!"
Marie then said to her that they should go and talk to Lenny again and Amy agreed hoping that he doesn't spit fire at them. As soon as they reached the plaza where Lenny was, Marie asked him if he ever had a crush on their victim. Lenny blushed madly and said, "Susie was the love of my life! So what if I only talked to her once? True passion doesn't need words, true passion is a fire that BURNS!"
"But did Susie know about your strong feelings for her?" Amy asked while squinting her eyes in suspicion.
Lenny sighed sadly, shook his head no and said, "I was happy writing letters to her which I never even sent. My therapist says that it's okay to do that than following people around."
Marie placed a hand on his shoulder and said to him kindly, "Maybe you would benefit from some time off work Lenny. Performing arts seems to be a really stressful occupation."
Lenny just let out a hearty laugh and told the female officers, "Oh, I'm fine Miss, really. I just do a bit of yoga whenever I'm losing it. Which is nearly every day, so I'm in great shape! I often see that other derby girl doing yoga too. You know the small angry one with the white hair. I can hear her gritting her teeth from across the plaza!"
After their talk with Lenny, Amy and Marie headed back to the station to see if Becky calmed down and to learn more about the fake STALKR award. As soon as they got back to the station, Marie and Amy headed to the interrogation room where Becky was being held and once they entered, Marie asked her, "Okay Becky, did you calm down a bit?"
Becky let out a deep sigh and nodded saying that she did. Once Marie took her seat in front of her, she then asked, "Can you explain to us what exactly happened with your website?"
