OKAY SO FIRST OF ALL I HAVE'NT POSTED IN LIKE A WEEK AND I'M SORRY. hehe, now that that's out of the way... I like to procrastinate, don't shoot me. Nah I'm just kidding I hate procrastinating but I was busy. School starts tomorrow for me and I'm so nervous, and excited too. First year of highschool! Going to be a level 1! ahh, I'm going to be so lost! Anyways, what with school, and swimming, both starting up, I'll either post more often, because I'll be on a sort of sceduele (yeah, I spelt that wrong), or a lot less. So anyways I have chapter 12 now, hehe, and I did do the dinner scene, but there is more than just the dinner. I've never actually been to that restauraunt so it was a little hard to write that xD So, nothing really to say, except enjoy!

Oh and also this was even less edited then the rest because I kinda just wrote and didn't look back sooo yah...... :)

Oh and please vote, and comment if you have the time, and fan if you want to keep track of when I post ! =)

We walked through the doors of the restaurant and waited to be seated. When a waitress finally did come, she stared quizzically at the scar on Talon's face, probably wondering why someone would get such an odd looking tattoo.

On the way to the table we got many looks. I blushed as I caught a handsome looking guy's eye as he winked at me. Talon looked down at me, and I willed the blush to go away.

He raised his eyebrow at me. "Why are you blushing?"

"N-no reason." I stuttered.

"Suit yourself." He mumbled.

We then got our plates and went up to the buffet. There were many dishes, and I was sure all of them would be delectable. After staring at the food indecisively for a few minutes, I decided upon some chicken balls, spicey noodles, some weird kind of salad and a fortune cookie. I walked over to Talon who was just finishing filling his plate with something kind of like beef stew. We walked back to the table in silence. We ate in the continued silence, both of us mulling over the recent events we've endured. At least I was.

"You know, it feels like we've known each other for a lot longer than we really have." Talon said out of the blue.

"Yeah you're right. I suppose that happens when you're both freaks." I answer.

'That's not it...' the voice in my head is just a whisper.

As if to back it up Talon says "No, I feel like it's more than that."

I give him a puzzled look.

"Oh never mind." He waves his hand, dismissing the subject. "So what have you been thinking? You're awfully quiet there yourself."

"I'm just wondering how in the course of three days my life has been flipped upside down and turned inside out." I sigh. "I'm learning about things I never could have dreamed of being true, and things that I believe to be true could all be a bunch of lies."

"You're handling this pretty well, on the bright sigh." He said.

"Meh, I've always had issues." I say before stuffing a chicken ball in my mouth.

"Well you're not much of a pessimist, at least."

I snort. "That you know of."

He narrows his eyes at me. "What do you mean?"

"Well I must think negatively because I never have happy dreams. Therefore, even subconsciously, I think negatively." I said matter of fact.

"I don't believe that. But what are your dreams like? Maybe talking about them will help." He said gently.
