The reasons I write
Is very simple
So I decided to write it
As an poem
Enjoy

This is why..
Every time I write
I feel at ease
Most of the time
I am very tense
I used to be scared
To show others my poems
But now
I feel happy to show them
I kinda feel like
A less stressful person now
I used to get so anxious
And one day I just
Picked up a pencil and wrote
I wrote everything that was on my mind
The first poem I wrote was
Love Was Gone
Though that wasn't
The first poem that I had someone read
The first one was
Drowning in Life
Which was for a school project
Where we had to write a
Spoken word poem
It's crazy how
I feel so calm after writing
I get told that I look
Very relax and peaceful
Writing poems
Have become a way for me
To cope with severe anxiety
Even helps me with my emotional disorder
By being able to show my emotions
Somehow it has become my talent
I been told I should
Turn them into songs
Should I really do that?
I would love to know
By writing I can show
Everything I'm feeling
Without getting overwhelmed
I can tell a story
That truly deserves to be told
