The moment you left
I fell apart
How could such a word
Tear me up from within
We used to talked for hours
Now you left me devour
Everything once was bright
Now just a blur
Life goes on
Even after a Goodbye
Sometimes they come back
Other times they never do
You get lost deep within
Their memories with you
Completely wiped
Goodbyes are so hard
They feel so negative
Yet they are a pled
Depending on the person
If you were wishing them goodbye
On a nice long trip
Your simply just pleaing them
To come back safe
Other times
You say goodbye
Walkin off, never looking back
Never being clear
On the reason your leaving
It has come to my attention
That you are yet another one gone
Just send a text
Life will continue on
People come and go
Never knowing who they came about
All you have to say
Is only such a simple word
One word that has two meanings
Goodbye
